Welcome,
My friend.
You're tuned in to OM HAKU.
I'm your host,
Maamun,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Worried about the future,
Feeling insecure,
Jealous,
Possessive,
Feeling tired,
Angry,
Critical,
Negative,
Experiencing self-hatred,
Loneliness,
Feeling unmotivated,
Uninspired,
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever is inside.
Exhale,
Letting go of the past.
Breathing in this moment.
Letting go of worries about what could or might not happen as you breathe in with awareness.
Relaxing the belly,
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Dropping down from the head into the heart.
Feeling your heart alive,
Receptive,
Open.
And taking a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Letting go of past mistakes.
The past is past.
Nothing to do with it but simply letting go.
The future is not right here,
Not right now.
Simply letting go of the future anxieties,
Worries.
Coming back into this moment.
Having trust for the unfolding of this moment.
As you breathe in.
Breathing in.
Relaxing the face.
Relaxing the stomach,
The chest,
The shoulders,
The hands and the feet.
The color for today.
The number is 1,
222.
And the animal is a polar bear.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Being resourceful with what you have.
Coming back to who you are,
The gifts that you have,
Your innate capabilities.
Don't forget about these.
Don't push them to the side.
But allow them their space to grow like a plant.
Gotta water it.
Gotta make sure the soil is right.
Gotta make sure the conditions are right.
And then just trust.
Things will blossom.
When we talk about trust,
It's kind of like a farmer or a gardener.
They have to do something first.
It's not that they can just trust that things will grow.
And all they have to do is trust.
They have to do something.
They have to take care of the land.
They have to make sure everything is getting its proper nourishment.
Then they trust that nature will do its thing.
That is the same with this meditation.
That is the same with us navigating our work,
Our family.
We gotta take care that everything's getting nourished.
And then we trust in the rest.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow.
With love.
