Welcome my friends,
You're tuned in to Ong Haiku.
I'm your host Maamun,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to come back to our center.
If you've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Overwhelmed,
Bored,
Restless,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like,
Closing the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Taking the deep breath in,
Breathing three times through the nose,
And exhaling three times out the nose.
Breathing in trust,
And exhaling out the nose,
Expanding trust,
Deepening trust inside,
Joy coming back to aliveness as you breathe in,
Breathing in love for yourself,
Every cell in the body,
Exhale,
Letting go,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath at the top,
Keeping the whole body relaxed,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding the breath,
Becoming aware of your awareness as you hold the breath,
And exhale.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
So happy you joined me today.
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling out the nose.
Three inhales through the nose,
And three exhales out the nose.
And three long exhales out the nose.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Feeling your heart behind the chest,
The heart behind the heart.
As you look in,
The number is 50.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
In these newer videos,
I'm starting to breathe in through the nose and out the nose,
Which isn't something I always did in previous videos,
Partly to make sense of it.
I'm still learning the sound effects with my mouth as I breathe in and breathe out.
But I'm really learning,
At this stage of my life,
The importance of breathing in and out the nose,
As opposed to the mouth,
How powerful that is,
Just to make this adjustment of nasal breathing,
Breathing through the nose,
Rather than the mouth.
It's not always the most intuitive,
But with some practice,
We can really get the hang of it and see the point that breathing through the nose creates a calmer,
More steady,
Nervous system than sucking air in and out the mouth.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
