Welcome,
My friend.
I'm your host,
Maamoune,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed,
Stressed out,
Fed up with work,
Feeling lack and limitations,
Feeling confined by circumstance,
Experiencing loneliness,
Anger,
Frustration,
Confusion,
Shame,
Self-hate,
Self-doubt,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of life,
Faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're seated.
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Putting the past to the side,
Putting the future to the side,
Just feeling this moment unlike any other moment that's been before.
As you breathe in,
Trust.
Breathing in love for yourself and exhaling love for other people.
If there's somebody in your life that's been challenging you,
Maybe it's yourself.
I want you to visualize this person,
Happy,
Visualizing somebody who's been challenging you,
Could be yourself,
Happy,
Joyful,
Healthy.
Feeling this visualization spread through the body,
Feeling it inside you as well,
Sending that well-being to this person.
And letting go of this visualization now,
Returning back into the body,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Breathing in slow and soft.
Relaxing the belly,
Letting go of tension in the face,
The jaw,
The ears,
The nose,
The lips,
The forehead,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space.
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner,
Putting the inner criticism to the side as you breathe in kindness.
And exhale,
Letting go.
And breathing in.
Taking a deep breath in.
And holding that breath,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.
And very slow,
Very soft,
Exhale,
Let go.
Exhaling all the leftover air in your lungs,
Just be empty of breath,
Empty,
Empty.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
My friend,
So happy you would join me today,
Across time and space.
Sending you encouragement on your path.
Keep going.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to just let your mind be totally free to think,
To roam,
To do whatever it likes.
And letting go of thoughts.
Coming back to body,
Aware of how you're sat,
As you take a deep breath in.
Coming back to trust,
Coming back to self-love,
Coming back to love for other people,
Coming back to love for the unfolding of life.
Despite the challenges,
The setbacks,
The resistance,
The friction,
The confusion,
The anxieties.
Coming back to enjoying life.
The color for today is brown.
The number is 2,
000.
And the animal,
Are you ready for it?
The animal for today is a baby camel.
Don't know if I've ever seen a baby camel,
But I imagine that they would look pretty cute.
Thank you for joining me today,
Across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Using what you have.
Being resourceful with what you have is a real skill.
I'm humbled by people I meet in life who are so resourceful.
And they show me that we actually have everything we need to go to the next stage,
The next phase of life.
Sometimes it feels like we just need one more thing that we're lacking,
That we don't have.
And if we can just get that one thing,
Then we can go to the next level,
The next stage,
The next part of our growth,
However you want to call it.
But really,
We have everything we need already.
So inquiring more deeply,
Looking more deeply into what you have,
What you already have to work with,
Getting creative with the resources that you have,
The people that are in your surroundings.
But not just people,
Thinking beyond.
Resources go beyond people,
They go beyond objects.
Resourcefulness is about using the mind as well.
Being open to new ideas.
That can be a resourceful way to move through life.
So that when you encounter obstacles,
When you encounter challenges,
You don't got to stress because you can get resourceful,
You can get creative,
You can find a way.
Believe in yourself to find a way.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
