If you've been experiencing stress,
Overwhelm,
Anxiety,
Frustration,
Loneliness,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Peacefulness,
Or somewhere in between,
Know that you're not alone,
We're here to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back home to our awareness,
Beyond the thoughts,
Beyond the emotions,
The anxieties.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like,
Bringing more awareness to your whole body,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Smiling at the mind,
Dropping the shoulders away from your ears,
Softening the chest,
Softening the throat,
Relaxing the belly,
Taking a deep breath in,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Opening the heart as you breathe in,
Feeling more spaciousness in the spine,
More awareness in the spine,
As you breathe air up,
Holding that breath at the top,
And very gently exhaling the breath back down,
Softening the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Softening the eyes,
As you look in,
Natural for the mind to drift,
Drifting back into awareness,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom,
