In moments of fear, failure, overwhelm, or anxiety, it's easy to become entangled in a self-limiting storyline. This meditation invites you to gently return to the present, not by pushing feelings away, but by witnessing & welcoming them with awareness. Featuring the soothing tones of the handpan, this sound meditation offers a grounding space to sit with your emotions without becoming them. Let the music & breath guide you back to your center: laugh, let go, and enjoy the present. Perfect for starting or ending your day with a sense of calm, trust & presence.

Welcome,

My friend.

You're tuned in to OM Haiku.

I'm your host,

Maamun.

I'm back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stress,

Anxiety,

Worries about your future,

Fed up at work,

Experiencing loneliness,

Despair,

Scarcity,

Lack of limitations,

Feeling trapped,

Confined,

Overextended,

About to snap,

Anger,

Meanness,

Self-hate,

Shame,

Perhaps even joyfulness,

Compassion.

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

We're gonna take some deep breaths,

See if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,

In the unfolding of our day,

Becoming aware of how you're sat.

You can lie down,

Keep the eyes open or closed.

It's up to you.

The past is history,

The future is a mystery,

And the present a gift,

Which is why we call it the present.

Breathing in this moment,

Breathing in love for yourself,

Exhaling love for other people,

Breathing in compassion,

Breathing in joy,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Relaxing the eyes as you look inside,

Witnessing and welcoming your inner space as it is.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Taking a deep breath in,

Holding the breath at the top,

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

So happy you've joined me today,

Crossed time and space,

Sending you encouragement on your path.

Keep going,

Stay creative,

Stay inspired,

Stay curious,

Ready to explore the unknown.

Every cell in the body breathing in,

Holding at the top,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,

Allowing the mind to be free to think,

To roam,

Thoughts coming back into the body as you breathe in.

The color for today is purple,

The number is 103,

And the animal is a baby fox.

Thank you for joining me,

My dear friend.

I'm sending you a big hug across time and space,

Wishing you an abundance of love for yourself,

For other people,

And especially the people that are difficult to love,

Challenging to love.

They teach us how to love,

How to expand this thing called love.

The people that we easily get on with,

Easy to love,

And it's so pleasant to be around.

But it's also good to be around some characters or personalities that challenge you,

So that you can learn how to keep growing our compassion,

So we can see where our love ends and becomes more conditional.

This is such a beautiful opportunity.

It's challenging,

It's challenging to be around difficult co-workers or family members,

But the invitation is to embrace them as teachers,

To learn how to expand our love,

Our compassion.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
