Welcome my friend.
You tuned in to OMHAKU.
I'm your host,
MAMUNE.
Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe.
Just to relax.
Just for you.
You've been feeling anxious,
Worried about the future,
Depressed about the past.
Feeling anger,
Loneliness,
Misunderstood,
Confused,
Self-doubt.
Experiencing self-hate.
Feeling ashamed,
Guilty,
Jealous,
Possessive,
Insecure.
Experiencing scarcity,
Lack,
And limitations.
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is A-OK.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
It's safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside.
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face.
Feeling your heart as you take a deep breath.
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Let go.
Breathing soft and natural.
Allowing your breath to be as you go inside of yourself.
Embracing whatsoever is inside.
Taking a deep breath in.
Dropping the shoulders.
Relaxing the face.
Opening the heart.
And exhale,
Expanding compassion.
Breathing in intuition.
And exhale,
Expanding intuition.
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
It's 1,
200.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love for yourself,
For other people,
For the challenges that we face.
Sometimes we can resist,
And that very resistance is what's causing the pain.
Not the circumstance,
Not the experience,
Not the people,
But the resistance that we feel.
That can be taken care of by actually looking deeper into the situation.
Seeing how these challenges,
These people,
Are like teachers for us.
With many lessons,
With many blessings.
All we have to do is look closer and see what is the purpose behind this.
What is the gift behind this challenge.
And like that we can turn something of misfortune into something of a blessing.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
