Welcome my friend.
You're tuned in to OM Haiku.
I'm your host,
Maamu,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to let go,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stress,
Overwhelmed,
Experiencing anger,
Depression,
Loneliness,
Feeling frustrated with work,
School,
Feeling insecure about a relationship,
Feeling lack and limitation,
Scarcity,
Confusion,
Or perhaps even joyfulness.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and combat the unfolding of the day and the unfolding of our moment to moment.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can gently close the eyes.
Sending love to somebody who's been challenging you,
Frustrating you,
Imagining this person happy,
Healthy.
And exhale,
Letting go of future worries,
Anxieties.
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
And exhale with awareness.
Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
Relaxing the belly.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space as you breathe in.
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
Feeling the face relaxed.
Letting go of shame,
Self-hatred,
Coming back to self-love,
Compassion,
Trust as you breathe in.
Breathing into the belly,
Open as you breathe into the heart space.
The color for today is off-white.
The number is 33 and the animal.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
An abundance of compassion,
Understanding that we're not perfect and other people are not perfect.
We're all just learning as we navigate this life.
And life is so mysterious,
So vast,
So intricate that we're bound to be making mistakes that land us in trouble,
Suffering,
Pain.
That's where we find some time to reflect,
To look at the pain,
To have actual capacity to sit with that pain and look at it.
It's tremendously valuable and can provide a lot of insights which can lead to a lot of progress.
So embracing the pain as a teacher,
Not just shoving it away or trying to get rid of it or distract ourselves from it,
But really being with it,
Seeking to understand it.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
