Welcome,
My friend.
You're tuned in to OM HAKU.
I'm your host,
Ma Moon,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Frustrated,
Bored,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Playful,
Grateful,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Witnessing and welcoming emotions.
Witnessing and welcoming sensation.
Relaxing the shoulders,
The belly.
Relaxing your chest.
Bringing awareness to the back,
The spine.
Exhale,
Old life,
Old energy.
And exhale,
Deepening trust.
Bow to the face as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Expanding love inside.
As you come back to trust,
As you come back to love.
Relaxing the palms of your hands.
Feeling your feet underneath you as you breathe in.
And holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think.
Coming back into your body.
Aware of how you're sat.
Aware of your awareness as you breathe in.
I want you to visualize a warm liquid light beaming up your spine,
All the way to the top of your crown.
I want you to visualize blessings resting gently at the top of your crown.
And breathing those blessings into the crown.
And exhaling it all the way down the spine.
Softening the face,
Softening the heart.
Softening and opening your whole being.
The color for today is a rainbow.
The number is one.
And the animal is a quetzal.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Having the consciousness to be patient.
To not be in a rush.
To not be so urgent for results.
It can be very challenging and tempting to obsess about the results as opposed to just being patient and enjoying the journey.
Enjoying the process,
Which is what life is all about.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
