Welcome,

My friend.

You're tuned in to Ong Ha Ku.

I'm your host,

Ma Moon,

Back with another music meditation.

If you've been feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Worried,

Bored,

Or perhaps even joyous,

Playful,

Peaceful,

Or somewhere in between,

Whatsoever you feel is A-OK,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond the mind,

Beyond the ever-changing emotions.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sad,

You can lie down or sit up,

Whatever you like.

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Witnessing and welcoming the mind.

Witnessing and welcoming the space that's already inside.

Relaxing the belly,

Dropping the shoulders,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Taking a deep breath in and exhale old life,

Old energy.

Every cell in the body in.

Every cell in the body exhales,

Softening,

Opening,

Becoming more expansive as you breathe in.

We're going to breathe out.

Breathing in love.

And exhale,

Expanding love,

Deepening love inside.

And exhale,

Deepening trust,

Expanding trust inside.

Feeling grounded,

Rooted,

Centered in this moment,

Unlike any other moment that's been before.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly,

Bringing more awareness to your spine.

Relaxing the spine,

Letting the breath move through the spine as you breathe in.

Breathing in spaciousness.

And exhale,

Expanding the space.

Opening and expanding space within the spine.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding that breath at the top.

And exhale,

Let go.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to give your mind total freedom to think.

Coming back into the body as you breathe in.

Feeling open,

Expansive,

And rooted at the same time.

As you breathe in,

It's blue.

The number is 201.

And the animal is a goldfish.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Consciousness,

Being conscious of your whole body,

Noticing how that can give more space to the movement inside,

The energy that's circulating inside,

To open up the sky inside of yourself.
