I'm your host,

Maamoune,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax.

Experiencing tiredness,

Restlessness,

Or perhaps even joyfulness,

Peace,

Love,

Trust,

Playfulness,

Thankfulness.

More awareness to your body,

To your posture,

To your energy.

Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside like old friends.

Close the eyes,

Looking inside.

Relaxing into the body as you breathe in.

Bringing more awareness to your spine.

I want you to visualize a beam of awareness shooting up the spine,

All the way to the top of the head.

All the way to the top of your head.

Top,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding that breath at the top.

And exhale.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

Happy to have you here.

Taking some deep breaths together.

Working through our pain,

Our anxiety.

Breathing in love for yourself.

And exhale,

Expanding love,

Deepening love.

Breathing into the whole body.

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body.

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

And letting go of thoughts.

Coming back into the body as you take a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath in.

Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.

The color for today is purple.

The number is 11.

It's an elephant.
