Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to OMHAKU,
I'm your host MAMUN,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to get in tune.
Just for you.
Just for you if you've been feeling stressed.
Just for you if you've been experiencing anxieties,
Worries,
Frustrations,
Perhaps even joyfulness,
Love,
Thankfulness,
Or somewhere in between,
Take deep breaths and see if we can come back to something beyond the pain,
Beyond the worries.
Come back to our awareness,
Bringing more awareness to your whole body,
Witnessing and welcoming the body.
I want you to visualize a warm,
Loving energy spreading through the body and mind as you breathe in.
Breathing into the belly,
Hands and feet,
As you breathe in,
Trust.
Want you to visualize a warm,
Trusting energy spreading through the body and mind as you breathe in.
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in slow and soft,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Opening the heart to more compassion,
More kindness,
Gentleness,
Gentle strength,
Moving through the heart as you breathe in.
Holding the breath at the top,
Feeling strength inside as you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Let go.
Taking the deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence,
As you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Let go.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Coming back into the body as you breathe in,
And for a few moments,
Bringing all the energy inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Holding that breath at the top,
The color for today is indigo,
The number is zero,
And the animal is a baby pig.
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Understanding,
Compassion.
Know that these two go together,
That it's very difficult to have compassion when we lack understanding.
For example,
Someone is mean to you,
If you lack understanding,
Then it will be very hard to feel compassion for that person.
Instead,
You might get defensive,
We might attack them back.
So with understanding,
We can see that this person is having a hard time,
That they're passing through some suffering.
And with more understanding,
We can even look deeper into that suffering,
And understand our own suffering.
And like that,
We build compassion for ourselves,
Compassion for others,
Through our awareness,
Through our understanding.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow,
With love.
