Welcome,
My friend.
You're tuned in to Aum Haiku.
I'm your host,
Maamun,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe.
You've been feeling anxious,
Stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Lonely,
Tired,
Restless,
Unmotivated,
Uninspired,
Feeling like nobody cares,
Feeling fed up with the mind,
The emotion,
Sensations in the body,
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to fit in the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Bringing more awareness to your posture.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Looking deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Sinking deeper into the body,
Having trust in the process of going inwards.
Looking inside for the cure.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence.
And exhale,
Let go.
Coming back into the body,
Aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're sat as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the heart space,
Finding more love inside for yourself.
Just beneath the anxieties,
Just beneath the pain,
We already have so much love inside.
Not minding the mind.
The color for today is yellow,
The number is 35,
And the animal is a seal.
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And consciousness.
Being conscious that our thoughts are not ours to keep.
Have you tried it before?
To keep a thought,
To hold it forever and ever,
To hold it for even one minute or 10 seconds.
The thoughts are transitory,
Like always changing,
Always moving.
So there's no sense in getting too wrapped up,
Too caught up in their movements.
Just watching the movement,
Like you would watch a stream.
Relaxed,
Watching the stream go by.
You don't need to focus on every droplet that passes.
Just listening,
Watching,
Being at ease with the flow.
This is how I practice meditation.
I'm thankful for you practicing with me today.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
