Back with another music meditation.
If you've been experiencing stress,
Anxiety,
Overwhelm,
Boredom,
Restlessness,
Loneliness,
Perhaps even joyfulness,
Know that you're not alone.
There's so many people around the world can relate to the same inner experience,
That you're not on an island,
But deeply interconnected,
Interwoven to this thing called life.
If you're hearing these words,
It means you live to see the end of the day,
It won't always be that way.
That being said my friend,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith and the unfolding of life,
To go beyond the limitations of minds,
To come home to our awareness,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your posture,
Aware of your body,
Aware of your breath,
Aware of how you feel in this moment.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind as it is,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
As you take a deep breath in,
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhale,
Letting go of old life,
Old energy,
Letting go of past,
Letting go of future,
As you breathe in this moment,
And exhale with awareness.
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me,
And as you exhale,
Deepening compassion,
Expanding compassion inside,
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Expanding trust,
Deepening trust inside,
Feeling a warm,
Loving energy spread through the body and mind,
Melting away fear,
Tensions,
Worries,
Dropping down from the head into the heart's base,
Feeling the spaciousness of your heart all the way into the back,
Opening the spine,
Feeling your spine like a bamboo,
Hollow,
But strong,
Breathing air up the spine,
And exhale,
Sending the breath back down the spine,
Feeling rooted,
Grounded in this moment,
As you breathe in,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the palms of your hands,
As you breathe in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your awareness,
As you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Letting go,
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to realm,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think,
Coming back into the body,
Feeling the feet underneath you,
Feeling the aliveness of your heart,
As you breathe in,
And exhale,
Expanding the heart,
Opening the chest,
Feeling more receptive,
Intuitive,
Conscious,
The color for today is white,
The number is 500,
And the animal is a red robin.

Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Observing the birds,
How they sing,
How they move in the sky,
So gracefully,
We can learn a lot from studying animals,
Sometimes we live in an area where there's not that many animals,
But surely there's some birds to observe,
And if you can just watch how they fly in the sky,
So graceful,
And listen to the sounds that they make,
So sweet,
So playful,
We can start to integrate that into our own being,
We may not be able to fly in real life,
But inwardly,
We can fly inside of ourself,
When we let go of all that's holding us down,
All that's making us feel heavy,
When we're able to let that go,
To open our hearts,
To open our minds,
We can fly,
And with that,
