In moments of confusion, regret, frustration, and fear, it's easy to become entangled in a self-limiting storyline. This meditation invites you to gently return to the present, not by pushing feelings away, but by witnessing & welcoming them with awareness. Featuring the soothing tones of the handpan, this sound meditation offers a grounding space to sit with your emotions without becoming them. Let the music & breath guide you back to your center: laugh, let go, and enjoy the present. Perfect for starting or ending your day with a sense of calm & presence.

Tuned in to channel OMHAIKU,

I'm your host MAMUNE,

Back with another music meditation just for you.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed,

Stressed out,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Confused,

Lonely,

Unseen,

Unheard,

Jealousy,

Possessiveness,

Scarcity,

Take deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain.

Within our awareness,

Faith in our love,

Faith in our trust.

If you have faith,

It's not easy to trust.

That's why we practice.

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you feel.

Clearing the mind as it is.

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body.

Exhale,

Letting go of anger,

Disappointment,

Negativity.

Simply letting it go for now.

We live to see another day.

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Relaxing the belly.

Relaxing the mind.

Mind to unwind.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to just let your mind be totally free to think.

Relaxing the chest.

Opening the heart.

Feeling more compassion for your process and for the process of others.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

So happy you could join me today.

Sending you encouragement on your path.

Keep going.

Keep showing up.

Coming back to trust.

Coming back to faith in the unfolding of life.

As you breathe in love for yourself.

And exhale,

Love for others.

Relaxing the face.

Relaxing the hands.

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.

As you take one last deep breath for now.

And exhale.

The color for today is gray.

The number is 900.

And the animal is a praying mantis.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love.

For yourself,

For others,

For this life.

Which can be full of fears,

Sufferings,

Pains.

That we forget to love.

Not just the good things,

But also the challenging things.

Which give way to beautiful days.

There's a beauty even in the challenge that we go through.

If we can see that,

If we can experience that.

It's really liberating.

Because then we're not so attached to having no problems,

No challenges.

We can embrace.

If they're there,

Then they're there.

And if they're not there,

That's also enjoyable too.

But remember to love yourself through the challenges.

Because there's perhaps an old version of yourself.

That would be really proud of the version that you are today.

And sometimes we can lose sight of that.

Because we're always looking ahead.

Trying to improve ourselves even more.

Trying to continue to grow.

That we forget how far we've come.

In a lot of different ways we've come far.

So having compassion for your process.

Having patience for how slow things can move sometimes.

And trusting that they actually are moving.

Things are unfolding.

And we are growing.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow.

With love.
