Welcome my friends,

You're tuned in to OMHAIKU,

I'm your host Mamoun,

Back with another music meditation.

If you've been experiencing stress,

Overwhelm,

Anxiety,

Boredom,

Restlessness,

Anger,

Perhaps even joy,

Peace,

Love,

Or somewhere in between,

Know that you're not alone,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back home to our awareness.

That being said,

Getting comfortable my friend,

Becoming aware of how you're set,

You can sit up or lie down,

Whatever you like,

Softening the face,

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Witnessing and welcoming the mind,

Dropping the shoulders,

Relaxing the belly,

Opening the heart space,

Feeling your heart expand,

Feeling your heart soften and become more vast at the same time,

Breathing in new life,

New energy,

Exhale,

Letting go of old life,

Old energy,

It's a new moment,

Breathing in the aliveness of this moment,

Exhale with awareness,

Feeling yourself grounded,

Rooted,

Centered as you breathe in,

And as you breathe out,

Relaxing,

Softening,

Letting go,

Breathing in love for yourself,

And exhale,

Expanding that love,

Deepening that love inside,

Feeling a warm,

Loving energy spread through the body and mind,

Melting away fears,

Worries,

Anxieties,

Insecurities,

Breathing in compassion,

And exhale,

Expanding the compassion,

Breathing into the belly,

And as you exhale,

Relaxing the belly totally,

Feeling the stomach totally relaxed,

Feeling the feet underneath you,

Tuning into the stillness of the ground,

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind have total freedom to think,

Taking a deep breath in,

Way to stay with it my friend,

So happy you would join me today,

Despite challenges,

Discomforts,

Some doubt,

We're still here,

Showing up,

Breathing in forgiveness for past,

Breathing in trust for the future,

And exhale,

Letting go,

Breathing in strength for the now,

It's one billion,

No more,

It's a grizzly,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

Being conscious,

Being aware of the awareness itself,

Being able to witness is one thing,

The changing thoughts,

The ever moving emotions,

Sensations,

We can,

As we meditate,

Become almost fixated on witnessing,

That we lose sight of this capacity to witness the witness,

To be aware of the awareness,

How do you know when you're present,

How do you know when,

Oh wow,

I've been so scattered today,

Something is aware,

Even when you feel scattered,

Something is aware when you're peaceful,

When you're sad,

When you're angry,

Something is aware of the climate inside that is always changing,

The clouds that are always moving in and out,

There's something like the sky that's holding all of that,

Becoming aware of the sky inside of you,

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow,
