Loneliness or perhaps even joyfulness,

Playfulness.

Know that whatsoever you feel in this moment is a-okay.

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond the thoughts and emotions.

Back into our awareness.

Looking within,

Smiling at whatsoever's inside.

I want you to visualize awareness,

Lightly resting at the top of the head.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding the breath at the top as you feel your presence spread through the body.

Ready to stay with it my friend.

So happy you could join me today.

Taking a deep breath in.

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Feeling your heart open.

I want you to visualize that your heart is not only open in the front of your chest,

But it's opening in the center of your body and in the back.

Opening in the center of your body.

Spaciousness.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

And very gently exhale.

The color for today is yellow.

The number is four and the animal is an alpaca.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness.

Being conscious enough to not react or get trapped in a storyline that doesn't serve your peace,

That doesn't serve your joy.

Sometimes we can speak to ourselves in such a way that peace and joy is so far away,

So difficult to experience.

Not because it's actually difficult to experience,

But because of how our mind is communicating internally,

It makes us feel unpleasant.

And if we can just put attention on those thoughts,

Not trying to change them,

But just becoming more aware of being with them,

Spending more time with them,

We can start to bring more awareness to the thoughts themselves that are getting in the way of feeling the peace,

Feeling the love,

Feeling the joy,

The wonder.

And with that,
