Hey guys,

If you've clicked on this track,

I assume and I hope that you've brought with you some stress and some anxiety to release,

And I'm going to guide you today to do that.

You can call this your daily spiritual stress surgery.

So let's begin.

Sit in a comfortable position,

Back upright,

Neck long,

Eyes are closed.

And take a slow inhale for four seconds.

Begin,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Continue to breathe at that rhythm on your own.

Soften the forehead.

Soften the hands.

Soften around any negative thoughts that are in your mind,

Plaguing you,

Making your day extra stressful.

Soften around those thoughts and breathe.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Before we perform surgery on this stress that we have,

We need two things.

We need to identify what we need to have surgery on.

So the ailment.

And we also need to identify a safe place where we can recover and return to.

So let's start with the stress and the ailment.

I'm going to ask you,

Where is it in your body right now?

Answer that to me by feeling it.

It could be that this stress is located in your chest,

In your heart space.

It could be that this stress is located in your jaw,

In your forehead,

In your eyes.

Maybe not.

Maybe the stress doesn't have a location.

Maybe it's all over the body and beyond the body.

Feel it.

What is your ailment?

What is your stress?

Show me by feeling it.

Continue to breathe four in,

Four out.

Identify it for me now.

Just feel it.

And that might feel uncomfortable,

But that's okay.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

The second thing that we have to do is identify a safe place that we return to to heal.

Today that's going to be the hands.

There are thousands of nerve endings in the hands and the palms and the fingers.

Try and focus your awareness into the hands now.

You may feel a warmth or a coldness in the hands and the fingers.

Make the hands throb with your awareness.

The breath is a place that we can return to consciously and we rest there.

Now we're going to take a longer inhale for five seconds.

Through the nostrils,

Feel the air moving through the nose.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Three,

Four,

Five.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

As your awareness sits in and around your hands,

The breath continues.

Five in,

Five out.

This is your home for today's surgery meditation.

So now what we're going to do is we're going to dive head first into the material,

Into the content of our stress.

So let's go there.

Let's turn to it.

Let's not run away from it.

I want you to find that stress in your body.

And I want you to turn up the volume on it.

Imagine that you can turn up the dial by 10%.

And as you do that,

Breathe slowly and deliberately into the stress.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And now I want you to turn up the volume or the dial on this stress by an extra 10%.

Let it be seen.

Let it be heard.

Let it be felt.

And as you do that,

You're there,

The surgeon,

Ready to handle this debris,

This material.

You can do this.

Breathe slowly,

Steadily as you turn up the dial.

Notice if you're hunching up the shoulders or the neck or the eyes.

Release those muscles now.

Relax the lips.

Relax the eyelids.

And now we're going to return to your home base,

Your foundation.

Now you don't have to think or feel the emotions.

This is your time to rest.

Bring your awareness into the hands and bring your awareness into the breath.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Make the hands throb with your awareness.

And now we're going to repeat some affirmations over the stress.

So let's return to the stress now.

Feel it.

Be willing to feel the stress.

See it.

And repeat after me in your mind.

I relax around this stress and it moves through me faster.

I relax around this stress and it moves through me faster.

It's okay for me to feel this emotion.

It's okay for me to feel this emotion.

Even though I feel this way,

I feel healthier,

Calm and more relaxed.

Even though I feel this way,

I feel healthier,

Calm and more relaxed.

I'm proud of myself for facing and feeling it.

I'm proud of myself for facing and feeling it.

Now to close this space,

I want you to envision a sphere around yourself.

And this sphere is potent and healing and golden.

This ball of golden healing light is surrounding you now.

And you're sitting in that sphere.

This potent golden light is dissolving that stress that you've identified and worked with today.

This golden sphere is potently dissolving and breaking down the debris that's located in your body.

One final affirmation.

Repeat after me in your mind.

I allow this golden healing light to move through my body and to dissolve any blockages and stress.

I allow this golden healing light to move through my body and to dissolve any blockages and any stress.

Gently open your eyes.

And I'd like you to continue with your day with compassion towards yourself.

It's okay to face the stress to feel it.

Have a great day.
