Welcome.

Take a moment to let yourself arrive here.

Let the world outside soften like a quiet mist fading into the trees.

There is no rush.

No need to force or push.

This is your time to settle into the quiet rhythm of your breath,

To let the weight of the day begin to fall away.

Find a position that feels restful for you,

Lying down,

Sitting upright,

Or resting back with a soft support.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your belly soften,

Let your hands rest loosely in your lap,

Or by your sides.

There is nothing you need to hold right now.

Bring your awareness to the slow tide of your breath,

The gentle rise and fall,

The quiet wave moving in and out.

Let each breath be a soft invitation to sink below the noise and feel what lives underneath.

With every inhale,

Imagine the breath reaching down into the deep places of your body,

The slow steady weight of your hips,

The warmth in your belly,

The quiet strength in your chest.

With every exhale,

Let go of what you do not need,

The tension in your shoulders,

The tightness in your throat,

The heaviness of the day.

This is a place of returning,

Not to the past,

But to the deep truth that lives within you,

A truth that says,

You are here.
