Today we are going to dive into grounding and centering techniques.

Grounding helps us to stay connected to our core energy,

Bringing us stability and strength.

Centering on the other hand,

Helps bring us back to our inner calm,

Especially when the external world feels chaotic or overwhelming.

Now start by finding a comfortable seated or standing position.

Feel your feet firmly on the ground,

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep down into the earth.

These roots are strong and stable,

Anchoring you firmly to the ground.

As you inhale,

Imagine drawing up energy from the earth through these roots,

Filling your legs,

Your torso and your entire body with a warm,

Stabilizing energy.

As you exhale,

Feel any tension or excess energy release down through the roots into the earth.

Visualize this grounding process as a constant exchange with the earth.

Drawing in strength and releasing what no longer serves you,

Notice how you feel as you do this.

Grounding connects us to the earth's energy,

Providing stability and a sense of being rooted.

Now let's move to centering.

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Take a few deep breaths.

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.

Centering is about finding your inner calm.

As you breathe,

Bring your awareness to the center of your being,

Your core.

Imagine a calm,

Still point with you,

Like the eye of a store.

No matter what is happening around you,

This center remains undisturbed and peaceful.

Repeat silently,

I am centered.

I am calm.

I am connected to my core.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed,

Practice these grounding and centering techniques.

They will help you stay connected to your inner strength and maintain balance.

Remember,

You have the power to stay grounded and centered,

No matter what is happening around you.
