Welcome.

Welcome,

My beautiful soul.

Today,

We are here to talk with our inner child.

For some of us,

Life has been particularly heavy.

For some of us,

Our childhood has been heavy.

Some of us didn't have a childhood.

Some of us have been neglected,

Gaslighted.

And even after,

In our teenage years,

And some of us even after that,

Until 30 and over,

We constantly got caught up in similar situations.

With people,

They used us and didn't understand us.

Toxic situation for a reason or the other.

And internally,

Internally we feel the heaviness of all that happened.

We still feel a wound open on our heart.

Due to our childhood,

Most of our chakras got compromised.

The ability to express your feelings and what you think.

Because we always got denied that.

So our truth chakra can be compromised.

We could still hold fear.

When we talk about our truth,

Our heart can be wounded.

We can develop strange pattern of attachment,

Codependency or unavoidable attachment style.

And the mind,

The mind relieves those moments.

It relieves like a CD,

The play in our head.

We relieve the pain.

We relieve the stress.

And the healing journey can be very slow.

Every time you think that you dealt with those memories,

They pop back up again.

You need to remember that you are safe now.

You need to remember that you learned how to protect your inner child.

You became who you are thanks to this pain.

But the universe wants you to know that by pouring divine love on top of this,

We can let it go.

You are safe now.

You choose wisely now.

Your heart is ready to cultivate peace and expansion instead of fear and contraction.

In this moment of planet Earth,

The energies are rising higher and higher every day so that we can transmute all those memories.

Your feeling of not being hurt,

Not being validated,

Not being safe,

Not being protected and supported.

Take an own call.

Spend some time with your inner child.

See yourself as a baby with your eyes mined.

Hug it.

Kiss him in the forehead.

Ask what you want to do.

Shall we go for a walk?

Shall we play with the mud?

Shall we paint?

Shall we sing?

Shall I caress your head?

Shall I cook a cake for you?

Ask your inner child what it means to be reassured that he is only okay.

Let him know that he can come out.

During your days,

Your inner child is welcome.

Allow this child to express the things that he couldn't.

Allow your inner child to blossom through you in the now so that you can heal it.

You are now the most secure space for this child.

When we burn through the memories,

We simply listen.

We allow those memories to manifest.

We witness them.

We acknowledge the pain.

And we let them go.

We let them pass through us.

Your inner child is alive.

It's happy.

In the now,

We heal the past,

The present and the future.

And your inner child can be now free to enjoy life with you.

Your inner child can be taken care of by you.

Listen to what it needs.

Allow it to dance and scream and jump.

Allow the train to run under the rain.

Allow it to be messy.

Allow it to smile.

You are safe now.

And life is full of joy.

So inhale with me.

Inhale.

All the in.

And release.

Visualize your inner child in front of you.

Inhale and exhale.

Imagine your adult version hugging the child version of you.

And tell him you are safe.

You are loved.

You are valued.

You are heard.

You are free now.

Keep visualizing this infinite hug.

That go beyond space and time.

A hug of divine love.

Remember that your inner child is here with you now.

And is a healthy and happy child.

And if you follow it and if you allow it to be free,

It will magnetize many things in your life.

It will attract things.

Let it be.

Let it express.

Namaste.

Stay here a little bit.

So work yourself in this divine love.

And understand how beautiful life is if you could see it again with the eyes of your inner child.

Feel in this time the beauty of expansion and freedom that you are getting through this meditation.
