In this Quick Ponder, we discuss the polarities of concepts and perceptions, and we question how we navigate through this world full of them yet not confine our nature of expression. What do you think—is there really such thing as truth??"

Greetings,

Greetings,

Beautiful souls,

Gree-teens,

I hope you're having a wonderful day right now.

I hope wherever you are in your life,

You know,

You find clarity.

If you're in darkness,

I hope you find what you need to bring yourself to the light.

Don't run from it,

Don't,

Don't deny it,

But allow yourself to feel it.

Don't dwell in it,

But allow yourself to see it,

Observe it,

Ask,

What is,

What is this being shown?

If you want a happy place,

If life is W right now,

Let gratitude continue to take you deeper and deeper into that W space.

My name is Mark Anthony,

And I'm back.

I'm back with you guys with another one.

Okay.

So in last week's,

You know,

Little ponder,

Just kind of told y'all where I was at,

Kind of told y'all where I've been at.

And a lot of the things that was coming up was getting caught in perception,

Right?

So I kind of want to talk about concepts and perceptions,

And I kind of want to talk about it from a point of this quote,

Uh,

Slash lyric that Mac Miller said.

And he said,

There ain't a fact that I trust.

Very simple,

Very,

You know,

Very,

Not too many words,

But I want to break that down because that quote really hit for me and why it hit for me is because going back,

If you haven't watched last week's video,

I definitely suggest go watching that video.

Just going back to,

You know,

Getting caught up in perceptions or identities of who I think I'm supposed to be and,

You know,

Relating it to,

Uh,

You know,

Life in general.

I feel like sometimes we are told that we're supposed to be something,

Especially in the spiritual community.

There's so many different concepts and ideas that we're told that you must do it this way so that this,

This,

And this can happen.

And there's a degree to that.

That is true,

Right?

That is,

Um,

Important for us to follow like an honoring and on that other side of degree,

Right?

Playing in polarity.

That other side is the part that is not necessarily not true,

But it's also the part that,

Okay,

Maybe I don't have to follow this thing step by step by step by step,

But I can put my own twist on it.

And so I feel like if we can allow ourselves to kind of see the concept,

See the perception,

See the,

Uh,

Conceptualized idea of a practice,

But not necessarily say,

Okay,

That's my truth now,

Or I accept that as,

As truth now.

And if you want to do that,

Please,

By all means go for it.

Like this whole entire thing is me talking about,

Uh,

Not,

Uh,

Not letting somebody else tell you your truth.

So please,

If you want to do that,

Go for it.

But what I'm saying is maybe,

And,

And yeah,

What I'm saying is maybe take time to question something some more,

Maybe,

You know,

Uncover a layer behind it.

Like,

Where does that practice come from?

Why did they do it this way?

Just kind of playing out of genuine curiosity,

Not out of like,

I'm trying to be a skeptic and prove you wrong,

But allowing yourself to kind of really uncover things before we,

You know,

Just accept a concept or accept a idea as our truth.

And I really bring this up because this kind of liberated me from getting caught up in perceptions and getting caught up in concepts,

Right?

Because in the beginning of my journey,

I used to be very disciplined,

Stoic,

Very,

Uh,

Just like a hundred percent spiritual oriented.

And when I say that,

I just mean like,

If anybody was talking about anything low vibration,

I was like,

I cannot mess with you,

Bro.

I can't.

And so just going through that and just,

You know,

Seeing how getting caught up in a concept was starting to become limiting.

I had to practice through,

You know,

Different connections,

Friendships,

Self-evolution and learning that it's just a concept.

It's just a form that you can choose to play in similar to how we've chosen to take on this form as a physical vessel,

Right?

So when you allow yourself to kind of approach these concepts and ideas from,

And this is from personal experience,

Right?

I'm not,

I'm not telling you this is the final truth,

Right?

When you allow yourself,

I've seen to kind of let yourself approach concepts and ideas from this kind of like curiosity,

Not set in stone.

I feel like it leaves room for more genuine exploration.

And I think that is very powerful and it's very liberating because it allows you to kind of make a genuine like choice to choose something because you're not just choosing it because it's factual based and it sounds right,

But you're choosing it because you've kind of uncovered it.

You've let it,

You've seen if it resonated with your being and things of that nature.

So that's my little spiel.

I ain't going to keep this one too long.

I just wanted to put that out there.

I really wanted to put this one out there because I would love to hear your thoughts,

Right?

Like I said,

In last week's video,

I really want to do a multitude of things.

You may get up here and I may be humming and arming while there's music in the background,

Or you may get a little affirmation list,

A little sum sum you can play while you go to sleep.

So I really want to bring a multitude of things here.

And one of those things is just,

You know,

Leaving a quick ponder.

Maybe you start your day with this.

Maybe you're thinking about it.

Please feel free to debate me.

Please feel free to question me.

Like,

And not even on no egotistical,

You know,

Once you question me,

I'm going to try to slay you down with all this knowledge and not like genuine conversation,

Genuine exploration,

Because I feel like that's what we really came here to do as,

You know,

Playing these human beings,

Right?

So that's my spiel.

My name is Mark Anthony.

Thank you so much for joining me here and stay tuned because we got more coming.

All right.

Much love.
