So just allowing yourself to come into stillness.
Just noticing your body in the space that's around you and your environment.
Noticing the breath moving in and out of your body,
Not changing it,
Not adjusting,
Just simply being with.
I want you to bring your awareness now to the rib cage,
Your diaphragm.
That like band that moves just beneath the nipple line,
Beneath the chest.
Just noticing how it expands and contracts ever so gently with each breath.
It's like you take up a little more room on the inhale and a little less room on the exhale.
As you continue to focus on this,
Taking up space and taking up little space,
How is this applicable to your life?
Maybe which part of those two do you feel more at ease with?
Are you someone who takes up a lot of space,
Talks a lot,
Makes themselves seen and known?
Or are you someone who plays small,
Who likes to hide in the corner at parties,
Who maybe is a bit more silent?
During social gatherings,
Just noticing which one of those you may tend towards here.
Which one feels more comfortable for you?
Now,
Bringing your awareness primarily to the part that is the opposite of how you behave or act in your usual circumstances.
So if you are someone who plays small,
Who is more quiet than usual,
I want you to really expand that inhale and the expansion,
Opening of the ribcage and diaphragm on that inhale.
And if you're someone who is usually really loud and takes up a lot of space,
Bring your awareness to that contraction on the exhale and really bringing everything in,
Squeezing it in.
Just allowing yourself to focus on whatever part feels true for you.
And what if you could live your life taking both of these parts and allowing them to come into balance?
And the way to do this is to practice this breath,
But also take it into the real world where you begin to show up maybe a little louder than you usually would,
Or maybe with a bit more silence than you usually would.
This is for you to play with,
And it can be a play in your physical body with the breath,
Or it can be a play with your actual social environments,
Your body in the spaces around you.
This is going to open you up to the other world,
The other side of you.
That's simply all you need to focus on at this point.
So now bringing your awareness into the heart,
The center of the chest,
We're going to ask that your assemblage point at the center of the chest be activated to bring any fixated points and any other part of your assemblage back into the center.
It's feeling and noticing that energy,
The breath in the heart space.
If it helps you to tap there or see a light there in that heart space center,
You can do so.
So that you can walk with open heart and balance in your truth.
And on your next inhale,
Breathing into the whole body.
And as you let it go,
You can just return back to the space.
Thank you.
