Welcome to this heart coherence practice.

This is such a great practice for bringing your heart and mind into harmony and will in a very short time leave you feeling centered and connected.

We'll be breathing in for a count of five and out for a count of five through the nose.

So when you're ready,

Get comfortable,

Close your eyes,

Begin to notice your body,

Your breath and the ground beneath you.

You can take as long as you like in this transition state,

Moving from the outer world into the inner world.

And we'll begin in 3,

1.

Breathing in for 5,

And carry on counting yourself.

As you're breathing,

See if you can drop into the feeling state of the breath.

The sense of expansion.

Focusing in the center of your chest.

Expanding outwards.

In all directions.

Expanding on the inhale and continuing the expansion on the exhale.

And tuning into the heart space,

I invite you to drop in any feelings of gratitude.

Any one or anything that you're grateful for.

Breathe into that thought or feeling.

And let it expand bigger and bigger.

You can continue this practice for as long as you like,

And know that just a few rounds is very beneficial.

And when you're ready,

Release the practice.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Take some time to notice how the body feels after practicing.

Let yourself be in an open awareness of all sensation.

And see if you can sink just a little bit deeper into sensation,

As if slipping underneath sensation.

Take note of any state change that's happened since the beginning of the practice.

To finish the practice,

It can be nice to bow your head to the heart on a kneeling position.

Honoring its potency and its wisdom.

And just very slowly beginning to open the eyes and let the rest of the world gently seep into your awareness.

Trying not to rush away from the practice,

But to carry the essence of the practice with you.

Thank you so much for your presence.

Until next time.
