Hello guys and welcome to this guided nervous system release,

Release fear from the body and return to your I am right so if you're ready take a moment to settle your body you don't need to fix anything you don't need to breathe in a special way and you don't need to calm down just notice you are here let your eyes close if that feels safe or keep them open and soften your gaze and just stay and say silently all out loud with me for yourself I am here I am safe enough in this moment that is enough so bring your attention into your body not to change anything just to notice notice your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Notice your stomach,

Your chest,

Notice your throat,

Notice your face,

Notice any sensation,

Tightness,

Pressure,

Numbness heat,

Movement,

Everything is alright or nothing at all there is no wrong sensation there is nothing to fix all is fine you are simply witnessing your body as it is perfect you are doing marvelous job so let's name the fear now gently ask yourself what fear is present right now what I'm experiencing right now what I'm afraid of right now what is the biggest fear I'm afraid of what is what I'm afraid most what I'm trying to hide from what I don't want to notice what I'm running away from don't analyze my dear don't search just notice what arises no effort you are doing marvelous it might be fear of loss fear of being alone fear of failing fear of being abandoned fear of dying fear of being unsafe whatever comes my dear let it come if you need more time just pause the video and if you already carry on let's go say to whatever arises I see you you are allowed to be here you do not need to go away take a deep breath your nose to your heart and do the release through the mouth as with the noise if it's too strong then notice to three three things which you see just name the three things you see if it's too much you know so you come back to your body then notice two things which you hear and notice one thing what's going on what you feel what's going on in your body just I'm helping you to return back to body now imagine you're stepping into quiet cabin inside yourself let me explain that there is a place within you which is untouched by fear no matter what you ever will be going through what you ever went through it has always been it will always be the place within you I call it cabin where there is nothing just a piece there is just that inner calmness inner peace so step into the inner peace within you into calmness within you into that cabin you can imagine it and what you do when you step into it there is nothing there is stillness and you just observe everything what's going on within your body that cabin is in your body by the way but you observe everything what others are going through and in your body through that cabin through that windows so from this place you can see the fear but you are not inside it at the same time you are in the body fear is in the body but you are the one who observes it you are not the fear you're not identified with the fear you're not wonder fear you are the one who is in that cabin within you and who observes it I let you let you just step into it you are safe all right and now my dear say silently I am here and the fear is here but they are not the same I am here and the fear is here we are not the same and now notice only how your body responds when you separate yourself from the fear nothing to change nothing to fix just notice and take a deep breath through nose to heart and release any tension through your mouth with the sigh of with the noise well then I am here and the fear is here we are not the same take a deep breath through your nose to heart and release any tension through your mouth I am here discovering that nothing bad happens if your body wants to breathe deeper move sigh cry yawn shake be still let it so take a deep breath through your nose to heart and release any tension through your mouth and say it is safe for fear to exist in my body I do not need to fix it and fix fear to be safe I do not need to fix fear to be safe I don't need to fix fear to be safe I don't need to fix fear to be safe it is safe for fear to exist in my body my body knows how to complete this meaning knows how to release it stay with the sensations okay let them move if they want to let them soften if they want to let them stay if they want to you are not in danger you are present and that's all we are present with the fear and your presence in bringing coherence into distort distorted field now bring your awareness to your heart and say can you touch your heart please well then maybe your stomach I am NOT my fear take a deep breath your nose to heart and release any tension through your mouth well done I am NOT my past I am NOT my survival take a deep breath through your nose to heart and release any tension through your mouth you can repeat it if you need I am NOT my fear I am NOT my past I'm not my survival feel it stay with the sensations take a breath your nose to heart and release any tension through your mouth just stay in the center of your body in that cabin I am presence I am awareness I am I am I am that I am take a deep breath you know you don't need to understand all of it just let the processes happen on its own just be in the body don't go back into the mind in the thinking just stay present with your body with body sensations take a deep breath your nose to heart and release any tension through mouth feel that not as idea but as a state nothing to reach nothing to become you already are my dear take a deep breath your nose to heart and release any tension through mouth now imagine your life your relationships your work your body your money your future and say fear can exist and I remain sovereign uncertainty can exist and I remain safe life can move and I remain whole and let that land and if you need touch your heart touch your stomach take a deep breath your nose to heart and release it through your mouth and just relax relax your body so you're no longer organizing your life around fear you are organizing your life around presence take one slow breath feel your body notice any change or no change both are perfect and say I trust my nervous system I trust my body I trust myself I trust my nervous system I trust my body I trust myself I trust my nervous system I trust my body I trust myself when you're releasing the fear and returning to I am it comes to the point when you need to surrender to I am and it is like I trust that inner intelligence within me I trust the God within me I trust the wholeness of life that I am and I trust my body and I trust myself and you let it go because the only thing which is holding you back the only thing which is creating cows in your life the only thing which is bringing distortion in your field and manifestation in your creating reality is the fear stored in your nervous system so when you are ready gently open your eyes and you remember you're whole you're complete the fullness of life the abundance your health your joy your satisfaction and fulfillment take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth
