Welcome to today's meditation.

Thank you for being here.

Take some few deep breaths into your stomach.

Gently close your eyes.

Observe your breath as you breathe in and breathe out.

Bring your attention to nostrils at the tip of your nose.

Observe that area as you inhale and exhale.

Observe where the air make contacts as it comes in and leaves.

Observe the temperature.

It's pretty natural for thoughts to pop up.

Gently ignore.

Bring your attention back to the breathing.

Let it go.

Gently let go of everything that is not required right now.

Anytime if your mind wanders,

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Visualize all that doesn't belong to you leaving your physical body.

Let it go.

Any unrested energies,

Unrested thoughts.

Thoughts which doesn't serve us right now.

Visualize you are sitting in a happy space.

Where all the nature energies are cooperating.

Pleasant weather.

Where you feel very comfortable.

Just embrace that weather.

Observe your feelings.

Observe what is in that scene which is making you high energy,

The happiness around you.

Let go of all the questions,

All the concerns,

All the doubts.

Just be present in this moment.

Observe the energies,

Keeping your mind space happy.

Let it go.

Just think of a situation where your energies are unrested or you got annoyed.

Something which didn't go well with you.

Bring that situation into the mind's eye with a space of happiness and compassion.

Think about what we could have done differently.

Thinking about others' perspective,

Thinking about more love and compassion.

What could have helped us to keep our energies intact?

Let's play back that situation with the new awareness.

Bring all your energies back to you.
