Okay welcome to today's meditation.

If you haven't already done so sit straight back just in the neck and the head area.
Try to keep them aligned in a straight line.
That's a natural way of energy flow happens.
Take a deep long breath into your stomach.
Let go all at once through your mouth.
Do that three four times just to let go all unsettled energies in within your body.
Let the breath find its natural way of breathing.
Try to take deep breaths into your stomach.
Gently let it go.
Gently bring your attention to nostrils,
Tip of your nostrils and the upper lip area.
Find the spot where air touches your body before it gets into your stomach or your body.
Find the spot when the air leaves your body.
Bring your attention to that particular area or the spot where the air comes in and the air leaves your body.
That's our focal point for the meditation,
The breathing.
Let's bring our mind or consciousness to monitor that spot.
As we assign this task to the mind,
The mind starts wandering on other things so gently bring it back to this spot.
All we do is just monitor that spot where the air comes in and air leaves your body.
Observe the air temperature as it enters in your body and observe the temperature as it leaves your body.
It will be very subtle.
We need to find the spot and concentrate on that.
Let's do that few minutes to calm our thoughts.
Bring our mind to mindfulness state.
Any thoughts or if mind wanders gently bring it back to this spot.
Let go any thoughts any past or future planning.
Let's be right here right now.
You you you you Let your mind,
Body and soul sink into one.
Let them rejuvenate.
Just be an observer of your breath.
Let them be where they are.
Let them be where they are.
Let them be where they are.
Let's show how subtle and crisp the breathing becomes.
Breathe in all the divine strength into you.
Breathe out all the tensions,
Stress.
Just visualize your breathing in all the energy,
All the positivity.
Let's go through some guided meditation for relaxation and healing ourselves.
As you sunk into the comfort and relaxation,
Visualize and imagine yourself enjoying a waterfall as of sunlight.
Visualize as many details as you can,
Both waterfall and sunrise water crystals.
With this you absorb the healing oxygen carried aside into your blood vessels through your whole system.
Every breath you take heals and releases any unsettled energies,
All the muscles.
Feel every muscle of your body has been softened and relaxed.
Bring that sunrise or sunlight onto your forehead.
Let that penetrate through your body.
The whole body begins relaxing and renewing.
As the sun rays refuel,
Every part of your body strengthens your mind,
Body and spirit.
Let this energy go to every part of your body.
Physically feel from top of your head to the toes.
Every muscle,
Every bone has been relaxed.
Observe your breath is slow and peaceful.
Feel the silence in your mind.
When many thoughts come,
Just breathe.
Let the thoughts be where they are.
As you center yourself on your breathing,
Let go all the tensions as your body falls into a state of peaceful quietness.
Relax your jaws,
Drop your shoulders.
Feel your heartbeat and breathing is so serene and peaceful.
Watch your thoughts come and go like a passing cloud.
Can't stop our thoughts but we can control what we entertain.
Feel your breath quieten your mind and body.
Release any unsettled energies within you.
Feel the relaxation and the peacefulness.
Let the light on your forehead guide you,
Heal you.
Whatever that you need to be healed today.
Take few moments to keep this silence within you.
This silence brings some happy thoughts in your mind or a consciousness.
Could have happened recently or it happened in the past.
Could be a situation or it could be totally imaginary.
Something which makes you very happy.
This energy raises with the vibrations of happiness.
Could be a person,
Place,
Pet,
Whatever that is.
Where you need to feel the happiness filled entire physical body.
This silence peaceful and happiness extend this state of happiness and silence to immediate family members,
Pets.
With the love and compassion.
Let's not decide who gets this.
Everyone around us deserve to be happy,
Silent and peaceful.
Extend this to the extended family members.
Extend it to our work colleagues and their families and work situations.
Let's send love and compassion to any situation we might feel disturbed or conflict.
Let's extend this to anyone who might need this right now.
The world is going through so much pain and suffering.
Bring all that energy back to you,
Your soul and heart.
Feel the happiness,
Peace and the quietness.
Few moments when it's time to leave this peace,
Begin to return to your body.
Bring your attention.
Let your breath bring you back.
Gently observe the breathing point where you identified before.
Take gentle breaths.
Pause a moment,
Reflect on the meditation.
Remember that you can return to this peaceful place anytime you wish.
Just by monitoring your breath and sitting with yourself.
Take couple of moments.
Before you finish,
Rub your hands,
Wiggle your toes.
Rub your hands,
Place them on your eyes.
Sit for a minute before you get back to your day to day.
