Welcome to today's meditation.
Thank you for being here.
If you haven't already done so,
Keep your feet flat on the floor if you're sitting on a chair or a couch.
Make sure that you're uncrossed.
Keep your palms facing up or in the lotus position holding on top of the other one.
Gently try to relax your body.
Try to relax your mind during the meditation.
Sit straight,
Keep your back neck and head in a straight line.
Just observe the breath by monitoring the surroundings.
Take a deep long breath into your stomach.
Let go all through your mouth.
Do that three four times.
Let go everything you're holding in.
Just do the dragon breaths.
Let it out.
Do that three four times.
Gently let your breath find its natural way of breathing.
Gently drop your shoulders,
Uncrench your jaws.
Just observe the breath for few minutes.
Just observe the air coming in and leaving your body.
Now bring your consciousness and allocate the trust in your mind to observe the breath on tip of your nose or around the nostrils where the air touches before it enters and leaves your body.
Take few breaths to understand particular area in your nostrils where the air makes contact with your body.
As you observe the breath,
Let go everything what you're holding on.
Let go all the seriousness.
Let go all the preconceived assumptions.
Let go everything which is causing pain,
Stress and distress in your body,
Mind and soul.
Gently instruct your mind body to relax every breath you take.
Every inhale,
Inhale all the divine energy while you exhale let go all that you're holding on.
Same time instruct your body to relax.
Let every breath relax you.
Your mind become quieter and quieter and quieter.
Keep observing your mind is doing what it's supposed to do by observing the breath.
Anytime you find it's wandering gently bring it back to the breathing.
Keep a testing point every second or third breath to check your mind.
Soon as your mind wanders gently bring it back to the breathing.
Gently to the body scan to see any part of the body is holding any stress or tension.
Breathe into that part.
Instruct to relax.
Observe the emotions you're going through in your mind body and soul.
Try to understand the feelings.
Begin your attention directed inwards.
Gradually turn your attention inside.
Focus on inwards noticing how you are feeling right now.
Just by observation not by connecting.
Just observe as a third party.
Bring more focus by observing the breath.
Without trying to change,
Without trying to alter just observe.
Bring your attention more inwards deeply inside.
All the way to your soul or core of your body.
Take it wherever you find the source.
It could be in your heart,
Your belly,
Wherever you find the source.
Try to take deep connection into yourself.
Now gently observe your tummy raising up and down as you inhale and exhale.
Bring your attention just observe the moments of your stomach.
Raising up as you inhale.
Falling as you exhale.
Notice how smooth,
Gentle,
Regular,
Silent breathing has become.
At the same time observe your mind.
Is it quieter than before you started?
If you still feel your mind is wandering allow the tension to leave your body.
Relax your muscles,
Relax the rest of your body.
Bring your attention to breathing and observe the tummy raising and falling.
Now that you are much more relaxed.
Focus on more relaxation.
Focus on becoming more playful with you and your body,
Mind,
Soul.
The seriousness we take in our life stops us to be playful in the life.
Everyone has the ability to be playful.
But most of us playful has been pushed aside.
We strive to be more serious.
The soul needs to be playful,
Have fun and joy.
Becoming more playful allows you to respond differently to the situations in the life.
Any challenges you face with humor,
Light-hearted,
Instead of being serious about the situation.
Once we are serious we become more defensive.
Let go all that we are attached to.
Think about a time when you are playful with your life,
Having fun,
Nothing bothered,
Maybe as a child or maybe as an adult.
We all lose the connection with the playfulness.
As we become adults our lives become serious.
If you can't recall a situation where you were playful it's okay.
Just create or imagine one how you see yourself playful in your life in daily activities.
Let your inner child rise to be playful.
Let your inner child seek the fun and happiness and humor what it craves all the time.
Create a mental picture of yourself when you are playful or when you are having fun letting go everything.
Along with that bring the positive memories of yourself as a child or as an adult.
Create as many details as you can.
Now simply probe what did you like in it,
What did you look like,
How did you behave humorously in circumstances,
What was it like to be playful?
Now that you created an imaginary picture yourself being playful humorous and joy create that imaginary child who is very playful very joyful who looks like you or it might be you.
The child you're imagining created is always within you.
That's the inner challenges with every human being.
You can get in touch with this child,
Love the child to express himself or herself through your adult body.
Now that you made the connection with this joyful playful humorous child within you,
Think about the things you have planned for today,
Tomorrow,
Whatever this task or work.
Think about the things you will be planning to do.
Now imagine that instead of being serious all day today tomorrow whenever you allow your playful inner child to come out.
Imagine becoming more playful.
Just take few seconds to imagine how it looks like.
Doing the chores being playful.
Starting from each task till end of the day.
Imagine yourself going about routine and activities of the first part of your day with the playfulness.
Picture yourself the way you would behave,
The things you would do,
Feelings you're going to feel.
Imagine what it would take to be playful.
Now let's focus on some affirmations before we end the meditation.
I am a playful person.
Let's repeat that in your mind few times.
I'm a playful person.
It's okay to be playful.
I allow myself to be playful and have fun.
Every action I do.
I am playful when confronted or dealing with distress.
Gently you can say a few more affirmations for yourself which makes sense or resonates with you.
You promise yourself that you will be playful,
Have fun and joy in every action you take.
That is your main soul's purpose as we live in a human life.
You affirm your inner child that you're going to be more cooperative in having fun.
Cue your imaginary inner child a big hug and an affirmation.
Gently comfort.
Let go all the questions and concerns.
Bring yourself in a joyous moment.
Raise your vibrations.
Simply have fun and let the soul smile from his inner child for no reason you can be happy.
Take few moments in this happy,
Silent and the playful mind.
Comprehend the meditation.
I like to thank my spirit guides and Sai for providing this guidance,
The wisdom to conduct this meditation.
May you all be free of sufferings.
Lots of love,
Light and joy.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
When you are ready to finish your meditation,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Wrap your hands.
Place them on your eyes.
Gently open your eyes.
Thank you.
