Welcome beautiful souls to this Archangel Raphael activation healing Restoring. Return to wholeness. And take a breath. And let it move through you slowly. You don't need to fix anything right now. You don't need to work harder to heal. This space is not about doing. It's about allowing. And let your body soften into that. And bring your awareness into your body. Feel your feet. Your likes. Your chest. Notice your breath. Not controlling it. Just letting it be. Your body already knows how to receive healing. It just needs space. Now gently. Become aware of the space around you. A soft green light begins to form. Subtle at first. Gentle. Calm. This is the frequency of Archangel Raphael. Not something outside of you. Body healing. Presence you can feel. This green light moves closer. Not overwhelming. Not forceful. Just steady. It begins to surround your body. Like a field of calm, Restorative energy. And let it move where it needs to go. Your chest. Your stomach. Your shoulders. And in place, Holding tension. You don't need to direct it. Your body knows. Now imagine this light gently moving into your body. Into your breath. Your muscles. Your nervous system. It soothes what has been holding on. It softens what has been tight. And silently say. I'll allow my body to receive healing. I release what I no longer need to carry. I return to balance. And feel how your body responds. Notice what's shifting. Not forcing a feeling, Just noticing. There might be more spice. More breath.
