Let me take you on a journey,

Not far from here,

Just past the veil of your thinking mind.

There is a forest you once knew.

You walked there before,

In dreams,

In memories,

Maybe in another life.

Tonight,

You return.

The air is warm and velvet-rich,

Laced with the scent of wild jasmine and ancient wood.

Above,

The moon is full,

Round and glowing like a pearl in the night's hand.

Its light spills across everything like a gentle blessing.

You are barefoot.

Each step you take lands softly on moss-covered earth,

Springy and alive.

The ground beneath you hums.

It recognizes you.

As you walk,

Your body begins to remember something.

Not a thought,

Not a word,

A knowing.

Your hips sway a little,

Your shoulders loosen,

The breath inside you grows deeper and rounder.

The forest leads you,

Winding through old trees with bark-like stories.

You trail your fingers along one,

And it speaks to you.

Not with words,

But with feeling.

It says,

You're almost there.

Then,

Through a curtain of flowering vines,

You arrive.

A temple,

But not made of stone.

This one is woven from earth and song and time.

It rises from the roots like it grew itself just for you.

There are no doors,

Just invitation.

You step inside.

The ground is soft and warm.

The walls are curved like a womb.

In the center,

A small reflecting pool ripples with moonlight.

You kneel beside it.

Your reflection shimmers,

Not as you look now,

But as you truly are.

Radiant,

Unburdened,

Whole.

You dip your fingers into the water.

It's warm.

It welcomes you.

And as the ripples move outward,

They carry with them anything heavy you no longer wish to hold.

Old stories,

Tightness,

The noise of the day,

Gone.

The temple begins to breathe with you.

Its rhythm matches yours.

You curl into a silken mat placed by the pool.

The scent of rose and sandalwood drifting through the air.

The ground beneath you pulses like a heartbeat.

The sky above you is open.

And somewhere nearby,

A soft drum echoes.

Steady,

Slow,

Soothing.

You close your eyes.

And in the space between waking and dreaming,

You hear the whisper.

You are the temple.

You are the moon.

You are the water and the fire and the breath between worlds.

You don't need to try anymore.

Just rest.

Just soften.

Let the forest hold you.

Let the night rock you into stillness.

As you drift,

Your future self curls beside you in silence.

Smiling,

Whole,

Already here.

Welcome home,

Love.

Sleep now.

You are safe to let go.
