Welcome to this meditation.
We're going to take a guided journey to meet and listen to every version of yourself.
This is your time,
A sacred pause in the river of your life.
Let yourself get comfortable,
Either lying down or seated.
Soften the body,
Soften the breath.
With each inhale,
Imagine gathering all of the fragments of your energy.
And with every exhale,
Release what doesn't belong to this moment.
Let your shoulders melt,
Let your jaw relax,
Let your belly be soft.
You are safe here.
Now,
Begin to feel a gentle current forming around you,
A pull from your soul inviting you inward,
Inviting you to a gathering unlike any other.
Imagine yourself walking down a quiet hallway.
At the end,
A door,
Old yet familiar,
Glows softly with a golden light.
As you reach out and turn the handle,
The door opens with ease and inside,
You see them.
Every version of you,
Your inner child,
Wide-eyed and sensitive,
Your teenage self,
Full of questions and rebellion,
Your heartbroken self,
Quiet in the corner,
Your masked self,
The one who hid to survive,
The one who almost gave up,
The one who did,
And the version of you who has already made it,
Radiant,
Free,
Whole.
They are all seated around a beautiful table lit by soft light.
As you step into the room,
They turn and look at you.
They've been waiting.
They're glad you came.
You take your seat at the head of the table,
And when the room settles,
You begin.
Turn to each one.
Look into their eyes.
Ask and listen.
Let their voices rise,
Timid or loud,
Angry or tender,
No judgment,
Only love.
What does your inner child need to hear?
What is your masked self afraid to say?
What wisdom does your future self want to offer?
Hold space.
You are the listener now.
Feel into your body,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your heart.
Is there a weight that isn't yours?
Ask,
What burden have I carried that wasn't mine to hold?
Who gave it to me?
Who expected it of me?
And most importantly,
Am I ready to set it down?
Let this question stir something inside you.
Not what's safe.
Not what's logical.
But what's true.
What would the version of you who trusts life,
Trusts timing,
Trusts self,
Choose right now?
Speak it,
Or let it emerge in silence.
Scan the room.
Whose eyes avoid yours?
Who is still waiting to be seen?
That version of you may be forgotten,
May be inconvenient.
Hold something sacred.
An answer.
A gift.
A lost key.
Walk to them.
Let them show you.
This is the moment of truth.
What truth trembles on your tongue?
Is there something unspoken?
That once said cracks the shell you've been living inside?
Let it rise.
Let it shake you.
Let it set you free.
And why am I still tolerating it now?
Look at them.
The radiant future you.
They walk differently.
They speak differently.
They've dropped the things that drain them.
Ask them what standards do you live by now?
What boundaries are non-negotiable?
Let their clarity anchor you.
They hold the blueprint for your becoming.
Now take a final look around the room.
Every version of you seen.
Heard.
Honored.
You are not fragmented.
You are a mosaic of strength,
Vulnerability,
And wisdom.
Thank each self for showing up.
Let them return to their timeline,
But leave the connection open.
They're with you always.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Return gently to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers.
Feel your body.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
You have met yourself.
You are whole.
