Welcome to today's meditation.

We are now going to focus on our breath.

Please close your eyes when you are ready and make sure that you're in a comfortable position.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth during this meditation.

In today's meditation we are going to reflect on our own beliefs and value system.

Abraham Hicks say that a belief is just a thought that we keep on thinking.

A belief is an idea that a person holds as being true.

We have many deeply ingrained beliefs that hold us back from reaching our full potential or finding our purpose in life.

Values are deep-rooted beliefs that we use to decide what is right or wrong,

Good or bad,

Or what is important to us.

Values give us a clear sense of self,

Meaning and self-esteem.

I want you to spend some time reflecting on your own beliefs and values and just paying attention to any limiting beliefs that you hold and allowing yourself to let go and to choose again.

Even though we have many limiting beliefs that we believe and have held for many years,

It is possible to rewire our thinking and allow ourselves to choose a different belief.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth as you reflect on your own beliefs and values.

You can continue to meditate in your own time or you can bring your attention back to your body and when you are ready,

Please open your eyes and come back into the room.
