And with your eyes closed,
And enjoying your breath moving in and your breath moving out,
You're just letting yourself just drop deeper into yourself.
Feeling your spine and feeling your connection to your spine.
Letting your spine just kind of hold you up as the rest of your mind,
The rest of any tension in your mind or in your body.
Letting it soften.
And in this time,
You're giving yourself full permission to be present.
Present with your body,
Present with your breath.
Letting go of any to-dos or any to-don'ts.
And just being with yourself.
And how are you feeling?
How are your emotions?
What's the feeling?
Is it light?
Is it heavy?
Is it full of love?
Is there fear?
Just noticing.
And from this place of awareness and connection,
Bring your attention deeper down into your belly,
Your lower abdomen,
A couple inches below your belly button.
And bringing some gentle but full breaths down into this area,
Really expanding this area.
Inhale,
Feeling it expand.
And as you exhale,
Feeling it relax.
And staying with that,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Staying with your breath and staying with the intention of your focus down deep in your belly,
In your lower centers,
Filling it up with breath.
And imagine and intend that this breath is clearing out this lower space,
Clearing out your belly,
Clearing out your lower energy centers.
Like the wind blows leaves away,
Feel that your breath is going in and just clearing out any debris,
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any impressions that are here in these lower centers,
Clearing it out and bringing it to neutrality.
Staying with your breath and imagining that your breath here in this lower center is now filling up with this higher emotion of love,
Elevating your breath in this center with the frequency of love.
Breathing in love,
Breathing out love,
And enjoying your breath,
Enjoying this love frequency in your belly.
Deep inhale,
Deep exhale.
Deep inhale,
Fuller now,
Filling it with love.
Deep exhale.
Deep inhale and hold the breath.
And let your belly,
Let your lower centers fill with love,
Holding this frequency here,
Letting it love,
Love,

Letting it sink into your cells,
Sink into your being.
And gently let the breath go and bringing your attention into the solar plexus,
Your upper abdomen.
Feel your breath entering this area and feel your solar plexus all the way around 360 degrees.
So when you breathe in,
You feel your breath filling up your whole rib cage,
Expanding your rib cage out to the side,
Filling your breath and your ribs up into your back body and your front,
And just allowing this whole space to open up,
Really enjoying your breath here.
Letting it in and letting it go.
And once again,
Using your breath with the intention of clearing anything,
Anything that is in this area that feels like maybe contraction or holding,
Any unconscious,
Subconscious patterns that are here in this area,
Allowing it to be lifted away from the breath.
Letting the breath do the work of clearing out your solar plexus and you can even imagine your breath moving around in a circle,
Around in a circle,
Clearing your solar plexus.
Letting the breath be big and full and yet allowing it to be gentle,
Staying with the breath and staying with your body.
When your mind takes you away,
Bring it back knowing that every time you come back to your breath and your body is a celebration,
A celebration that you're back into present moment.
Now let's take a moment now and just be with the energy of appreciation and filling your solar plexus up with appreciation,
This higher feeling of appreciation melting and imprinting into your solar plexus,
Awakening,
Aligning you with your deepest intention and your inner highest potential appreciation.

Feeling what is present in your body right now.
Now let's focus deep into the center of your heart,
Underneath your breastbone,
Deep into the center of your heart,
This physical,
Spiritual,
Energetic center and just taking some breaths and just allowing it to easily move in and out.
Feeling and filling up your heart,
Feeling your chest rise and your chest fall.
Chest rises and your chest falls.
And so much tenderness and gentleness happening here,
Gentle breath expanding and exhaling.
And once again,
The breath is clearing away any holding,
Any tension in your heart and replacing it with connection to yourself,
Connection to spirit,
Connection to the heart.
So imagining the breath moving back and forth inside your heart like a figure eight,
Figure eight inside your heart,
Inhaling and exhaling and letting this figure eight,
This infinity sign,
Your beautiful reminder of your deep connection to spirit and your deep connection to all that is.
And your heart receives this,
Your heart enjoys this and filling your heart up with the energy of joy.
Your heart fills with joy,
Calling in the energy of joy,
Not just happiness,
But true joy.
The joy that you feel from looking at a sunset,
The joy that you feel by looking at a baby who is laughing and bringing so much love,
The joy that you find from a beautiful sleep,
A restful sleep,
That contentment that joy brings,
And filling your whole heart up with joy.
Letting yourself and letting your heart smile,
Giving yourself full permission to be in a joyful state.
And let's fill your heart up with joy,
Breathing in and out and in and out and in and hold it,
Pulsating joy,
Joy,
Deep,
Deep into your heart center and letting it go and letting your body relax.
Now sense or visualize and imagine the space above your head.
This upper energy center,
This vortex,
The connection to the divine,
And letting your breath stay how it is,
Just gently moving in and out.
And just visualizing from this energy above your head,
Imagine purple light pouring down above,
Upon you,
Opening up your head and your third eye and your throat.
And just aligning with the feeling of peace,
Breathing that energy in and through the energy of receiving,
Deeply receiving,
Allowing yourself to receive peace,
Raining down upon you.
Receiving the energy.
All that you need to do is receive.
Just feeling this purple light,
Purple light of peace and feel it and imagine it filling up your head and your brain,
Clearing,
Letting go of anything that's keeping you from having deep peace in your mind,
Calming of your mind.
Opening up your third eye,
Your intuition.
This purple light is just opening you up to the divine inspiration that you are.
Raining down in through your head and into your throat,
Into your neck.
Nothing to do but receive,
Receive,
Receive,
Receive.
And staying with this purple light or letting it majestically and magically disappear and fade into the back.
And just feeling and noticing your body,
Noticing your breath,
Noticing anything that has shifted or changed from when you started this meditation,
Just being aware of your body and breath.
And now blessing your body,
Blessing your day.
Calling in deep blessings for your body and blessing your day with all that you brought into your body now,
The love,
The appreciation,
The joy,
The peace.
And taking another moment to center yourself and finding yourself in this moment,
Noticing the sounds around you,
Your body in your room,
Maybe wiggling your fingers or your toes.
And whenever you're ready,
