Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can completely relax and when you feel ready slowly close your eyes.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold your breath for a few seconds and then slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting all the air out of your lungs.
With each inhalation visualize positive energy entering your body and filling you with peace and calmness.
With each exhalation imagine that you are releasing any tension or worry that you may be feeling.
Continue breathing this way allowing each breath to take you to a deeper state of relaxation.
Now allow your body to find its natural rhythm of breathing and simply accompany it with your awareness,
Noticing the gentle movements that arise in your body as you inhale and exhale.
Now take a moment to reflect on your day.
Recall each moment from the time you woke up until now.
Remember all of the experiences you have had,
Whether big or small,
Joyful or challenging.
Think about the people you met,
The conversations you had,
The achievements you reach and the moments of joy you experienced.
Allow yourself to feel deep gratitude for each of these experiences,
Recognizing that each one has contributed to your growth and development.
Even the challenges you face today have provided valuable lessons and opportunities to grow.
Now turn your attention to yourself.
Take a moment to reflect on who you are,
Your qualities,
Your achievements and your daily efforts.
