Over the years, Avi has had the honour of learning from some of the most respected figures in the yoga world, including the Ramakrishna Order, the Bihar School of Yoga, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Their teachings continue to influence both his personal practice and his approach to teaching. With two decades of teaching experience, he offers a holistic approach rooted in the Bihar School of Yoga, enriched by insights from Ayurveda and psychology. His classes are accessible to all levels and provide a safe, nurturing space for self-exploration and well-being. Whether someone is just beginning their journey or seeking to deepen their practice, Avi invites them to explore the transformative power of yoga—a practice where body, mind, and spirit come into harmony.
