Transcript

When you are grieving something you can't name.

Some grief has no name.

There was no funeral,

No announcement,

No shared moment of silence.

Just a quiet egg,

A shift,

A letting go that no one else saw.

It might have been a dream,

A relationship that changed,

A version of you that you don't see anymore.

And you keep moving,

But the egg moves with you,

Like a soft bruise beneath your skin.

I want to tell you something,

Gently.

You don't need a name for it to matter.

Grief isn't earned by headlines.

It's earned by the space it takes in your heart.

And if something in you feels tender,

Then something in you deserves care.

So for now,

Just breathe with it,

Not to make it disappear,

Not to force meaning,

But to say to it,

I see you.

You are allowed to grieve what never got closure.

You are allowed to miss things that no one else misses.

And you are allowed to feel without needing to explain.

Sit with it.

Let it speak in silence.

Let your breath be the listening.

You are still whole,

Even when something feels missing.

You are not broken.

You are in the middle of remembering how to hold yourself gently.

And I'm holding this space with you.
