Take a deep breath in.
Fill up the belly,
Lungs.
The chest lifts up and the air fills up the armpits from the expansion.
Pause,
Hold and feel.
Exhale.
Let the expression explode out from the nose.
Feel that exhale partake in the slight noise dissipating out of the nostrils.
Continue with the breath.
A oceanic,
Rhythmic cycle and flow that even if it seems or feels like it is happening over and over again,
We only get to do it once in our life.
Each inhale and each exhale is perhaps the most beautiful thing we can feel in every second of our human lives.
Pause.
Continue to breathe.
And continue to notice.
Notice the pattern,
The rhythm,
The samma vritti.
Perhaps lengthen as much as possible on the inhale,
Noticing that exploration of feeling the breath not only outline the very layer of the whole lungs expansion,
But the way that it emanates from the heart.
And anything else that appears in the mind,
Let it just flow in and out.
Out and in.
Here and now.
Now and there.
Again and again.
And within and without.
To be of the moment,
To be of the language,
To be of the essence,
Is to be without it.
In a sense of that you see these things even if they don't appear as the rope or the snake or as the reflection of the eyelashes in the sun's piercing percussion of luminous warmth.
Breathe.
Notice.
Feel.
Experience.
Listen.
Perceive.
Allow.
Release the tension from the physical anamaya kosha.
Let the prana,
The pranamaya allow this even if it is happening without the mind stuff necessarily allowing it.
But open yourself to the allowance of it.
Continue to sit as long as you'd like.
