And today we will be doing a heart chakra meditation.

Feel free to modify as you see fit.
If you want to close your eyes,
That is okay.
If you want to keep your eyes open,
That is okay.
If you would rather lay down or sit up,
That is okay.
Please make sure to keep an open mind,
Make yourself comfortable,
And minimize any distractions that may be around you at this time.
So when you are ready,
We will begin.
So I want you to pay attention to your breath.
No need to change your breath.
Just simply pay attention to where it's at.
Is it shallow?
Is it deep?
Is it fast?
Is it slow?
Is your breath rising from your stomach or from your chest?
Just simply take a moment to recognize where your breath is at.
Very good.
Now I want you to imagine a bright green light hovering around your heart chakra.
Imagine this green light hovering around in a circle,
Slowly circling around.
I want you to pay attention to any sensations that you feel while you are noticing this green light.
Notice any thoughts that arise,
Any sensations at all,
Physical,
Emotional,
Mental,
And just simply be with that for a moment while noticing this green light hovering around in a circular motion.
Very good.
I want you to imagine that around this green light,
There is appearing to be a pink vibrant light around it.
This pink light around the green light is circling in the opposite direction.
Notice both colors at this time.
Pay attention to the movement,
The direction of these colors.
Now pay attention to both colors,
Imagining them turning brighter in color.
The green gets brighter and brighter and brighter,
Like a lush green leaf.
And the pink gets brighter and brighter and brighter,
Like a fully blossomed flower.
While you're noticing these changes and the adjustment of the brightness,
I want you to think,
And this could be anything you want,
Think of one happy memory that makes your soul happy.
What is one memory that made you smile,
Laugh,
Feel loved,
Feel cared about,
Feel appreciated?
What is that memory?
Really bring that memory in.
And when you bring this memory in,
Try your best to tap into the emotions.
Really,
Really feel the emotion behind this memory.
This memory can be from a relationship that was special to you.
This memory could be of a loved one,
Whether that be a pet or a human in the afterlife or in the current life on earth.
This memory could even be decades ago.
Maybe a teacher had done something special for you.
This could literally be anything.
Hang on to this memory.
Really soak in the gratitude and love.
If you wish to,
You may even put your hands over your heart at this moment,
While giving gratitude for this memory,
For this situation,
For this person,
Whatever it is.
You may smile.
Feel the warmth in your cheeks.
Really soak it in.
And say thank you to whatever this memory is,
Whatever it's about and whoever it's about.
