Welcome,
My name is Levi and today we will be doing a five-minute meditation for December,
For the holidays,
For renewal,
Rebirth,
Letting go,
Detaching,
And I also will at the end include a few journal prompts if you wish to try them out.
So get yourself comfortable as you see fit,
Minimize any distractions,
Keep an open mind,
And as always,
You are always welcome to modify any part of this meditation as you see fit.
So I want you to get centered in your body,
Pay attention to the rise and fall of your breath,
Pay attention to what your breath feels like,
Pay attention to the sensations of your body,
From your feet to your calves,
All the way up the legs to the knees,
All the way up the thighs,
The hips,
The waist,
The underarms,
The shoulders,
The sides of your neck,
Your ears,
Your temples,
And your head.
Now pay attention to what the back of your head feels like,
The back of your neck,
Your upper back,
Your middle back,
Your lower back,
Your bottom,
The backs of your thighs,
The backs of your knees and legs,
The backs of your ankles,
The bottom of your feet and toes.
And now I want you to imagine warm,
Healing,
Comforting,
White light,
Or you can choose soothing rain,
Whatever you feel like.
Imagine this healing coming from the crown chakra and flowing down and into your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your cheeks and jaw,
Your entire face.
Imagine the healing flowing down and into your throat,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your stomach,
Your abdomen,
Your frontal,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Calves,
And your feet.
Imagine this healing spreading through the fingertips.
Imagine your fingertips feeling like bolts of electricity,
Ever so healing,
So warm,
Magnetic.
Imagine healing flowing through your toes,
Magnetic,
Electric,
Healing,
Warm.
And imagine white light extending from your toes.
Imagine this healing light or healing rain.
Imagine that healing flowing right out of the toes and going straight into the earth like roots.
Feel that firm foundation.
You are completely here in this moment.
You are relaxed.
You are at peace.
And you are simply being.
Now I want you to imagine any scenario in your life right now that you would like to change or you would like to let go of.
Whatever that scenario is,
Keep that scenario in your mind for a moment.
Imagine yourself extending out your arm and imagine yourself shaking hands with your intention.
Whatever intention you chose,
Something to change,
Something to let go of,
Imagine shaking hands with that intention.
Imagine meeting this intention with positivity,
With gratitude,
With compassion.
And imagine extending that same hand to yourself with gratitude,
Compassion.
Be very intentional.
Thank yourself for showing up.
Thank yourself for being willing to change,
For being willing to let go,
For being willing to look deep within and have that reflection,
Have that truth.
Imagine the positive feelings that can come from these intentions manifesting.
And lastly,
I want you to give yourself the biggest and warmest hug you possibly can right now.
Wrap your arms all the way around and give yourself a great big hug.

I love myself and I accept myself fully.

And sit in that comfortability for a moment.
And now for a couple journal prompts,
You could write something like,
If I had to pick one thing to change right now,
What would that one thing be?
And what are the steps I can take to making that intention manifest?
What are the steps I can take to manifest this intention,
My goals,
My dreams?
Whatever feels right to you.
And the other prompt,
What are three things that I can work on to better benefit myself as a spiritual being,
A human being?
And in what ways can I be kinder to myself?
What are three ways I can be kinder to myself right now?
How can I show up for myself on a daily basis?
And finally,
What act of self love can I offer myself right now?
And what act of love can I offer another?
