This three-day meditation journey explores stillness through the body, the heart, and the mind. Each practice offers space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the quiet presence within. By softening the body, opening the heart, and resting in awareness, we return to the peace that is always here. Day 1 – Physical Stillness The body often holds tension from the pace and pressure of life. In this practice, we begin by softening the muscles, slowing the breath, and releasing what we’ve been carrying. As the body relaxes, we create space for peace and allow stillness to settle within us.

Today,

More than a million things are calling for your attention,

And as a result pulling your mind in so many different directions.

Often we fail to realize that the world is always on,

And never sleeps,

And never stops,

And never rests.

And as we engage with the world,

It keeps our minds busy and our hearts ever restless.

Cultivating stillness amidst the chaos is a beautiful rebellion,

And a much needed safe haven for our souls.

In this moment,

You don't need to do anything,

Or be anyone.

You can take a breath,

And put down your roles,

Lay down your burdens.

As you bring your awareness back to your breath,

Begin to allow your body to soften.

Start by softening the soles of your feet,

Your toes,

Your ankles,

Your shins.

Softening your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

And your lower back.

Watching the breath rise in the belly as you inhale.

Relaxing your abdomen as you exhale.

Softening the muscles in your shoulders and your chest.

A gentle breath here.

Relaxing your neck as you exhale.

Softening the muscles in your jaw,

Unclenching your jaw.

Softening your gaze,

Your eyes.

Relaxing your scalp,

And all of the muscles in your face.

Be aware now.

You are a soul present in a body,

Awake in a body.

You see yourself sitting just as you are,

Breathing just as you are.

Witness your breath.

Witness yourself.

Peace is watching thoughts come and go,

Emotions come and go,

Sensations and desires come and go.

Chaos comes,

But stillness remains.

Remain in stillness.
