So we take a deep breath and we're bringing our awareness here into this body.

Every inhaling breath is bringing your awareness into this physical body with tremendous gratitude.

Gratitude to every cell,

Every process,

The millions of different processes that are happening at all times here in this body.

And we're just going to witness above your head and this portal of light is opening up and it's spinning clockwise and it's shining light down upon you and this light is flowing from your crown down layer by layer through your head touching every single cell down through your brain stem and vagus nerve and the neck and throat and shoulders down the arms to the fingertips.

This light is flowing down through the chest and it's touching all of the organs,

The lungs,

The heart,

The diaphragm,

All of the digestive organs,

The excretory organs of the kidneys,

Bladder,

Large intestine.

The light flows down your legs and out the bottoms of your feet.

We're just asking your higher self to calibrate this light to be the highest frequency that your body can absorb,

That your body can receive.

And we're witnessing as this light flows through you in a wave.

It comes in through the crown of your head and works its way down through you touching every cell,

Every subatomic particle out the bottoms of your feet into the earth.

And this light is activating your physical body,

Activating your state of health.

It's flowing with ease.

This wave of light is picking up what does not serve you and bringing it out through the bottoms of your feet.

Like a wave picking up the sand.

This wave of light is picking up our toxins,

Picking up our inflammation,

Picking up the pathogens and the trapped emotions and just flowing it down through you to be let go.

We're going to bring our breath to focus at your kidneys,

At the base of your ribcage,

On the back of your body,

One on either side of your spine.

Your inhaling breath is bringing nourishment to these kidneys and your exhaling breath is releasing what does not serve you.

The color for the kidneys is a deep dark blue,

Like the bottom of the ocean so deep that there's no light.

It's a blue-black.

So as we're inhaling here at the kidneys,

We're inhaling this blue-black color.

The temperature of the kidneys is cold,

Just like the deep ocean.

The kidneys represent winter.

Winter is that time when it's dark outside.

Dark for most of the day and it's cold out.

And we receive this invitation to turn our awareness internally.

We don't have to focus on other people.

We don't have to focus on the expectations and judgments and requirements and responsibilities outside of us.

At the kidneys,

In the winter,

We turn inward and we become aware of our inner landscape.

How do I feel?

What do I want?

Who am I?

What are my hopes and dreams?

Which of the many seeds that I have planted do I want to bring to fruition next year?

The kidneys are the gateway of life.

Our life,

Our future grows from these seeds that we plant in the dark,

Underneath the soil,

Where it's cold.

And there's so much nourishment and motivation and determination within these seeds to start to sprout.

The kidneys are that nourishment.

The kidneys are the essence of your soul that everything grows from,

Bringing your breath and your awareness to the bladder.

The kidneys and the bladder are both part of the water element,

That blue-black color,

The cold in the winter.

The water element is about flow.

We know that sometimes when the water is moving and flowing,

We try to stop it.

We try to control that water.

We put up a wall or barriers.

We hold our hands together and try to contain the water.

There's a lot of trying and efforting and control and will-force that we apply to water,

That we apply to our lives.

And there's an invitation at the kidneys and bladder to welcome the flow.

Welcome the flow.

Witnessing a meandering stream.

And sometimes the stream turns directions and it winds in new ways.

The stream might split into two,

Creating a sandbar in the middle and then it might come back together again.

The flow of this stream knows exactly where it's going,

Even if we don't.

There's a gentleness as this water flows,

An ease as it follows its intuition,

Always downhill,

The easiest path forward.

We welcome this meandering water through our bodies.

Feeling that water at the crown of your head,

Meandering down through your body,

All the way through and out the bottoms of your feet.

And it meanders differently every time it goes through your body.

Sometimes following a large path with big waves and other times much smaller,

Tighter path through your body.

And we don't control this water.

We just witness the flow.

Sometimes it meanders from your right side to the left,

To the left,

To the right.

Other times it meanders forward to the back of your body and forward and back.

Sometimes the water swirls like a corkscrew down through your body.

And we notice that all of these different directions still make their way through and out the bottoms of our feet.

There's no one right way as we meander through life.

And then we remember the nicest way to flow through life,

The most enjoyable way to flow through life,

Is through joy.

When we meander this water with joy,

Joy is that fire element.

And we're going to light the fire underneath the pot of water.

As we light that fire of joy in our lives,

Our goal is joy.

You witness the water in this pot starting to boil.

It's becoming more alive.

And you start to witness the steam coming out of the pot.

There's a vitality in this steam,

An excitement,

A liveliness.

This steam has so much energy in it,

So much power,

Motivation.

And we witness how your entire body is filled with the steam,

Every single cell,

Every subatomic particle.

Steaming your heart,

Steaming the lungs,

Steaming the brain,

Steaming the kidneys,

Welcoming the vitality to expand throughout you,

Throughout the body,

And really tuning in to how your body feels right now.

Feeling expansive and lit up and excited for life.

We welcome joy to lead the water.

We welcome joy to lead the flow the ease.

It's that heat of joy that warms up the soil so that the seeds can grow into this vivacious life.

And we just return our awareness to the wave that's flowing through us,

This wave of light,

The wave of water washing over us,

Washing through us,

Pulling what doesn't serve us out of this body,

Raising our frequency,

Bringing us into a state of gentleness and ease.

You deserve a gentleness and an ease in life,

Flowing with what is.
