
Tools For Boundaries And Alignment

This meditation was inspired by 3 women who felt overwhelmed by the chaos of their lives and uncertainty about how to move forward. In this recording, we ground, connect to ourselves, and use various tools to reset our energy to a state of clarity and balance.
Transcript
Taking a deep breath and getting comfortable with every breath,
Bringing your attention into your body,
Bringing gratitude and appreciation into this physical body.
Every breath filling you and noticing how you absorb that breath,
Absorb that fuel and nourishment.
The breath is filling you up,
Grounding down into the earth with every exhale,
Feeling that earth beneath you,
Feeling your connection downward.
You notice with your exhale,
As you reach a foot down into the earth,
And then you reach three feet down into the earth,
And you're connecting downward at least a body length into the earth.
And seeing if your breath can go all the way to the core of the earth,
Connecting you into this amazing energy.
And we feel this sense of gratitude and appreciation for the earth.
The earth is always there as gravity is pushing us downward,
Earth is always there holding us up,
Feeling held,
Feeling supported,
And feeling that nourishment from the earth.
It's holding and supporting every cell in your body.
And we take a moment to bring our attention up to the mind,
Noticing the thoughts that are flowing through the mind.
And the thoughts that just pop right in,
Setting the intention that they don't have to take over.
We don't have to engage.
We just notice them,
Welcome them to float on by.
Noticing the energy in your head,
The pressure in your head,
How full the head is,
And just taking a deep breath into your head.
And as you exhale,
You feel all that energy drain out of the head down through the body.
You're just feeling it slowly move down through the body all the way to your feet.
And doing that a couple of times,
Just releasing the pressure in the head,
Intentionally bringing that attention into moving the energy from the head down into the body.
Balancing out the energy.
We tend to put all of our energy in our heads,
Thinking,
Planning,
Analyzing.
But if we can balance this energy with the rest of our body,
We can be more grounded,
More in the now moment,
In a state of feeling.
So anytime that mind starts running away with us,
Pausing for a moment,
And feeling the head draining down,
Balancing your energy,
Bringing your attention up to the crown of your head.
And with every exhale,
Reaching upward into the sky,
Upward to the ceiling,
Reaching up to the roof,
Reaching up to the clouds.
Reaching up and standing on the atmosphere around the earth,
Connecting your energy up to the moon,
Past the sun,
All the way to a distant star.
When you look around from that distant star,
You see this vast emptiness,
All of the space.
Space is what we need in order to create.
Space is what we need in order to manifest,
To change,
To move there in the universe.
There's all of this space with infinite potential.
And looking around,
There's so much light,
The bright light of the stars.
And all of that light inspires us,
Inspires our path and our growth and our own light.
Connecting up to the light of the distant stars,
Welcoming that light to inspire every cell in your body,
Bringing your attention to your heart,
Noticing the vibration at your heart.
This vibration of your own essence,
This is you.
Welcoming the vibration of your vitality to spread out throughout your body,
Reminding all of your cells that they work together in harmony.
They unify and can create so much more together than they can alone.
This space at your heart where you're mixing the vibration of the earth,
Of this matter,
Of the physical world,
Mixing it with all the light of the universe.
The inspiration,
The spirit,
Mixing them all within this human body,
Which brings you vitality.
We inhale at the heart,
We exhale out the front plane of your body,
At least three feet out,
Expanding your space.
Noticing the edge of your field in front of you,
Expanding your energy,
Inhaling at your heart and exhaling out the back plane of your body,
At least three feet out.
Noticing the edge,
Occupying all of the space behind you with your energy,
With your light,
Inhaling at your heart and exhaling out the right plane of your body,
Creating all of this space,
At least three feet out to the right.
Inhaling at your heart,
Exhaling out the left plane of your body,
At least three feet out.
Occupying this space with your light,
Inhaling at your heart and exhaling out through the crown of your head,
At least three feet upward.
And inhaling at your heart and exhaling out through the bottoms of your feet,
At least three feet downward.
Noticing yourself here in the center of this field,
Noticing how expansive you are,
Seeing yourself with outstretched arms and legs,
Completely filling this bubble around you.
When we can trust the edges of this field to protect us,
We can align with ourselves in the center,
Gives us a sense of freedom.
We notice the chaos around us,
That flurry of activity going on around us at all times.
And yet we have this powerful field around us.
We meet the chaos from the edge of our field.
We meet that flurry from the edge of the field.
We know that when we're completely grounded,
Completely connected to the light,
Our hearts can expand.
And as our hearts expand,
We trust the edge of this field to only let in what belongs to us.
Little bits of chaos and flurry create change.
They welcome us to create,
To choose,
To define our path.
We like to engage just a little bit with that chaos.
It moves us around,
Changes our environment.
It mixes things up.
And we can go with the flow as long as we're inside of this bubble,
As long as we're expansive in our own energy,
Feeling aligned with ourselves,
Aligned with the divine.
And then we can just go with the flow.
We don't have to control or try too hard.
When we trust the edge of our field,
We trust where it's taking us.
Visualizing a beautiful rose floating out in front of you.
Some people can see the color,
See how many leaves there are,
The number of thorns.
And other times we just know that there's a rose.
This beautiful rose floating in front of you has a special vacuum cleaner function.
And today we use it to help us clear out other people's energy that might be getting stuck in our space.
It's their energy.
It doesn't belong to you.
So we turn on this vacuum cleaner rose and we watch as it sucks out other people's energy from your head.
It starts sucking other people's energy out of your throat.
Sucking other people's energy out of your chest.
This rose knows what's not yours.
It starts sucking other people's energy out of your abdomen.
All of your digestive organs.
Out of your pelvis.
Reproductive organs.
Out of your arms and legs.
And this vacuum cleaner rose goes behind you and starts to suck other people's energy out of the back of your head.
The shoulders.
Sucking other people's energy out of your upper back.
And your middle back.
And the lower back.
The arms and legs.
The vacuum cleaner rose is sucking other people's energy out of the bottoms of your feet.
Out of the top of your head.
And then it swirls around you.
Sucking other people's energy out of this field around you.
And when that's complete we take that rose.
We throw it into the center of the universe.
We watch it explode.
That explosion of light.
That explosion of fire.
Transforming all of that energy.
Either the energy is sent back to who it came from.
Or it's just transformed into something more usable.
And we take a deep breath and just notice how you feel.
Now that other people's energy has been released from your space.
Witnessing another vacuum cleaner rose as it forms in front of you.
It might be a different color or size.
It might be open more or more closed.
Just knowing that there's another vacuum cleaner rose.
And this one has the purpose of sucking out excessive thoughts.
All of that thinking,
Thinking,
Thinking.
That's not actually supporting you.
So we turn on this rose and we watch as it starts to suck excessive thoughts out of your head.
Starts to suck excessive thoughts out of your throat.
Chest.
Abdomen.
Pelvis.
Arms and legs.
And the rose goes behind you and sucks excessive thoughts out of the back of your head.
Where you might not realize it was.
Even in the brain stem and the neck.
The excessive thoughts in your shoulders.
Upper back.
Middle back.
Lower back.
Tailbone.
Arms and legs.
This rose is sucking excessive thoughts out of the bottoms of your feet.
The top of your head.
And all around you in your field.
We just take all of those excessive thoughts and we throw the rose into the center of the universe.
We watch it explode.
All of that light transforming this energy into something more usable.
And we take a deep breath and see how you feel.
Noticing that you're feeling more clear.
More powerful in your own energy.
And we're going to choose an emotion that wants to be released today.
What I'm getting is sadness.
So we just take a moment and we notice where the sadness is in our body.
There might be a lot of different versions of sadness in different parts of our body.
From different times in our lives.
And we just welcome it all to come to the surface.
And we notice a vacuum cleaner rose floating out in front of us.
And as we turn it on it starts to suck all the sadness out of your head,
Throat,
Chest,
Abdomen,
Pelvis,
Arms and legs.
The rose goes behind you and sucks sadness out of the back of your head.
The neck,
Shoulders,
Upper,
Middle,
Lower back,
Arms and legs.
The rose is sucking sadness out of the bottoms of your feet.
The tops of your heads.
All around you in your field.
We take this rose and throw it into the center of the universe and watch it explode.
And we take a deep breath and just feel.
Noticing the edge of your field.
Three feet out in every direction.
And placing roses on the edge of your field.
Thousands of roses all around you.
And these are loving,
Caring boundaries.
These roses are such kind and beautiful filters.
When somebody throws their fear at you,
This rose field just says,
Oh,
This isn't my fear.
Thank you for sharing it.
And just bounces it back to them so that they can see their fear.
But you don't have to take it on.
When somebody throws their anxiety at you.
You could join them.
Or you just bounce it back at them.
Let them see it.
Let them decide what to do with their own anxiety.
Somebody might throw anger at you.
Or expectations.
And these rose-covered fields just bounce back what is not yours.
And the roses are this beautiful filter that knows what does belong.
So it allows the love to come through.
The underlying love.
The love of things going well.
Love of connection.
Love of wanting everything to turn out just right.
Welcoming the love to come through and inspire you.
And we ask this field of roses to only let love come out.
Your own fears and anxiety and overwhelm and grief doesn't have to leave your field and go infect someone else.
We just bounce that back to ourselves.
So that we can be aware and deal with it.
Process it.
Be with it.
Feel.
But all of our love,
All of our heart vibration is welcome to flow out through our field.
Inspiring those around us.
We set our intention to love and honor this field around you.
To trust it.
To clear it.
Only what belongs to me comes in.
And from inside this field of protection.
There's all of this space.
The vastness of your own universe.
And there's a light within your heart.
That light in your heart has all of this space to shine,
To expand.
And we watch as that light in your heart expands outward throughout your body.
Throughout your torso and abdomen and pelvis.
The arms,
The legs,
The neck,
The head.
This light from your heart expanding outward to fill your entire body.
And this light from your heart expands out through the pores of your skin.
Filling up all this space around you with your vibration.
Your vibration.
Your light can expand within this field.
And then we welcome the vibration of love to continue expanding outside of your field.
This vibration of your heart,
Of your essence.
Expanding outward into the chaos,
Into the flurry.
You're not giving away any energy.
You're just sending out this vibration.
And we witness how your vibration affects what's going on around you.
When we send out this vibration of love,
It brings harmony.
It invites harmony.
Setting the intention that as you walk through your life,
This vibration of love and harmony is shared with all around you.
You walk through life as this bubble of love.
And everyone you touch is welcomed to join in on that love.
To find peace in their own chaos.
Everyone you touch is welcome to ground and connect with the earth.
Everyone you touch is welcome to connect to the light of the universe.
Everyone you interact with is welcomed to notice their own field and expand within their own field.
And vibrate in love and peace and harmony.
Knowing that as you walk forward in your life,
As long as this field around you is strong,
Expansive,
And clear,
You can be,
Just be.
Be you.
Be you.
Be one with your essence.
Be your divine self.
And we set the intention that as you walk forward,
You stand in this vibration of vitality.
In your own essence.
