Okay,

Just taking some deep breaths,

Having an awareness of your physical body,

And as you inhale,

You feel your body drinking in the air.

Every cell in your body is wide open,

Ready to absorb this oxygen,

Receive this nourishment in every breath.

And you feel the oxygen fill up your body and spread out throughout your body,

Spreading out through your center and up into your head and into your legs,

Billowing outward throughout your body.

And as that oxygen nourishes your cells,

It's also washing away whatever does not belong.

It's picking up what is no longer serving you so that you can exhale it out.

Inhaling through your nose,

Nice and slowly welcoming that oxygen to fuel you and exhaling out through your mouth,

This full release,

An easy letting go,

Where everything that is ready to release can simply move on with a thank you.

There's a satisfaction in that exhale,

There's an appreciation for what was and an appreciation for what is and what will be.

And all of this breathing is working with your lungs the lung meridian is most active from 3 to 5 a.

M.

The lungs are where we hold on to our grief and our sadness.

And as we exhale,

We're welcoming that grief and sadness to come to the surface and start to process,

Recognizing those old stories that have affected us so deeply,

Recognizing what we've lost that will never return again,

At least not in this form.

And recognizing the absolute beauty in the love that we feel for what we've lost.

To grieve is to have loved.

And as we inhale,

We are receiving all of this love into our lungs,

We are having an awareness of our love,

An awareness of that deep connection.

And as we exhale,

We process.

It can be grief about losing a loved one,

Grief about changes in our jobs or homes.

This can be grief about the way we were treated,

Or the lack of connection that we had wanted.

Grief can come in so many different forms.

And it represents a love for that person,

A love for that job,

A love for the home,

A love for the way we wanted to connect.

And we recognize how with every processing of this grief,

It creates more space within us to receive this nourishing breath.

And noticing that you are inside of a bubble,

A bubble that extends at least three feet out,

In front,

In back,

To each side,

Above and below.

And this bubble is filled with golden light.

Golden light in a full state of health,

Golden light in peace,

Golden light that vibrates in joy.

And what you find is that whenever you take a breath as you inhale,

That golden light is what you're breathing into your lungs and into your body.

And we're going to exhale whatever does not serve you down through your body,

Out the bottoms of your feet,

Straight out through the edge of this bubble into the earth.

And watching this cleansing happen as you inhale this golden light,

You inhale joy and love and health and peace.

And you exhale whatever does not serve you down into the earth.

And then you refill with more light.

And you notice that inhaling this light,

It's attaching to all sorts of things.

The light is attaching to your thoughts that are spinning around in your head,

Distracting you from connection.

This light attaches to those thoughts and pulls them down out through the bottoms of your feet into the earth.

We notice that this golden light is attaching to toxins and pathogens in your body.

And just pulling them down out at the bottoms of your feet into the earth,

Where the earth is happy to compost them.

As you inhale this golden light,

It attaches to the trapped emotions within this body.

All of those big emotions that haven't been processed yet,

That have been creating pain and discomfort,

That have been holding you back.

And as the light shines upon them,

It holds hands with those trapped emotions and shows them the way,

Exhaling them out into the earth.

Processing them through your body.

And inhaling this golden light connects with any inflammation in your body,

Inflammation in your brain,

In your liver,

In your digestive system,

In your heart,

Any inflammation in your joints,

Wherever it might be in your body.

And this golden light just cools that down,

Calms it down,

Pulls that inflammation out into the earth.

Noticing this light of love and health and peace and joy.

Finding more and more space within your body,

Raising your frequency,

Becoming a part of you,

Supporting you,

Enhancing you.

This light in your field that's been all around you is part of you.

And as you inhale it,

It reminds your body that it is all one.

The light within you is the same as the light around you.

I am light.

I am me.

Simply,

I am.

And at all times,

It's possible to breathe in the light,

To breathe in the joy and the inspiration.

And at all times,

It's possible to release what does not serve you.

The earth is ready to compost.

Making the choice to process our past,

Process our grief.

Here in the present moment,

Process it with love.

Moving forward in life,

Continuing to connect with all that you are.
