This 10-minute breathing meditation gently guides you into a steadier rhythm of calm during chemotherapy infusions or moments of stress. Through simple breath awareness and soft visualization, you’ll be invited to inhale peace and exhale tension. Spacious pauses allow your body and inner experience to settle, supporting a sense of safety and ease. A nurturing practice to help you reconnect with stillness—one breath at a time. Hello.

Welcome to your 10-minute meditation,

Breathing in Peace.

The theme is for you to invite calm and safety with each breath.

And now taking a comfortable seat or lying down.

Letting your body be fully supported.

Letting your eyes close or your eyelids to gently soften.

And begin by gently bringing your attention to your breath.

Observing the inhale and the exhale.

Letting it be natural and easy.

As you breathe in,

Imagine you are inhaling calm.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine you are releasing tension.

Inhale peace.

Exhale letting go.

Let your shoulders drop.

Softening your jaw.

Allowing the muscles in your body to relax just a little more.

There is nothing you need to do right now but breathe.

If your mind wanders,

Gently return to the breath.

Inhale calm.

Exhale release.

You are doing enough simply by being here.

Taking a few more breaths,

Feeling the stillness within you.

And then slowly begin to return to the space around you.

May you have a gentle day.
