Your time,

Your energy,

Your care.

And it's easy to forget to turn that same love inward.

Let this be your reminder that you too deserve affection,

Attention and care.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down where you can be fully present.

Close your eyes if that feels good for you and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Let your lungs fill completely.

Hold it for a moment.

Now exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply.

Slowly.

Hold.

And exhale.

Letting go of stress,

Guilt or worry.

With each breath imagine that you're drawing in a golden light.

Warm and steady.

This light represents everything you need today.

Confidence,

Calm and love.

As you exhale imagine any negativity leaving your body like dark smoke.

Let it drift away.

No longer a part of you.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Notice the way it feels right now.

Maybe there's tension in your shoulders or a heaviness in your chest.

Wherever you feel discomfort send your breath there.

Breathe deeply into that spot and with your exhale let it soften.

Take a moment to appreciate your body.

This is your home,

Your vessel for everything you've achieved,

Endured,

Experienced.

Your hands that build and create.

Your legs that carry you forward.

Your chest that rises and falls with every breath keeping you alive.

These parts of you are worthy of admiration and care.

Let's take a moment to turn toward a part of yourself that often goes unspoken.

Your sexual energy.

This is not just about desire.

It's also about your power,

Your vitality and your connection to pleasure.

Society often tells men how they're supposed to feel about their bodies,

Their masculinity or their sexuality.

Today let's rewrite those rules.

You are not defined by anyone else's expectations.

You are strong,

Desirable and enough just as you are.

When was the last time someone told you that you're sexy?

If it's been too long let me be the one to remind you now.

You are a beautiful man.

Your body,

Your energy and your presence are magnetic.

You deserve to feel confident,
