Hey.

Before we even start,

I want to name the thing that often sits between men and their own pleasure.

Shame.

You've probably heard all the noise.

Porn ruined your brain.

You're desensitised.

You've done damage you can't undo.

It's not true.

You were never broken.

You are not broken now.

You were just trying to meet a need for relief,

For escape,

For touch.

And that media filled a gap that nobody helped you understand.

And it doesn't make you weak or wrong.

It makes you human.

So I'm not here to make you quit anything.

But this audio is about remembering what's underneath the noise.

Your body still knows how to feel.

You still deserve connection.

You haven't missed your chance to experience deep,

Grounded,

Satisfying pleasure.

So let's find that again.

Slowly and with curiosity.

So take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold for a beat.

And then exhale through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Your stomach soften.

And your jaw unclench.

You don't need to perform.

You just need to be here.

Close your eyes if that feels safe.

And let the air move in like a gentle tide.

And maybe you can hear the ocean crashing behind me.

And let that carry you.

That constant in and out.

Notice the weight of your body.

Where are you touching the bed,

The chair,

The ground beneath you?

Notice the temperature of the air on your skin.

Notice where your body feels heavy.

And where it feels alive.

You might feel nothing at first.

And that's okay.

Numbness is just your body protecting itself.

And it fades when it feels safe.

So right now,

Safety is the goal.

Not arousal.

Not performance.

Safety.

With every breath,

Imagine the air is softening you from the inside out.

Behind your chest.

Across your belly.

Down into your hips.

And if thoughts start racing about work,

Your partner,

Porn,

Anything.

That's normal.

Don't fight them.

Just exhale them out.

Like smoke.

And now,

Bring a gentle awareness to your skin.

Run your palms slowly over your arms.

Your chest.

Your stomach.

Like you're meeting yourself for the first time.

There's no rush.

You're not trying to get anywhere.

Focus on temperature.

Pressure.

Texture.

And if you find a place that feels good,

Stay there for a moment.

And if you find a place that feels tight,

Breathe into it.

You're teaching your nervous system that touch can be safe,

Warm and present.

Not hurried or hidden or shameful.

So as you move,

Repeat quietly to yourself,

There's nothing wrong with my desire.

Pleasure is not a sin.

My body still remembers how to feel.

Let the rhythm of your breath set the pace.

And let curiosity replace judgment.

Now take a deeper breath in.

Fill your belly until it lifts your hand.

Exhale slowly and notice any warmth.

Or energy that begins to stir.

If it helps,

Let your hips shift slightly.

Small movements.

Nothing forced.

Your body knows how to lead when you give it permission.

This is the part where most men want to do.

But for now,

Try to listen.

You might start to notice tiny pulses or tingles.

And that's energy.

Not something to chase.

Just something to notice.

Let it spread.

Up your spine.

Through your ribs.

Into your throat.

If emotions rise.

Guilt.

Sadness.

Even relief.

That's your body exhaling years of pressure.

Let them move through you.

Whisper to yourself.

I forgive myself.

For the ways I've tried to cope.

I deserve to feel good in my body.

Now imagine that the source of your pleasure isn't outside you.

Not on a screen.

Not in someone else's hands.

But right here.

Within your reach.

Place a hand over your heart.

And feel the steady beat.

That's where real arousal starts.

From your aliveness.

So keep your breathing.

Slow.

And full.

And notice what happens.

When you stay present.

If your mind starts reaching for mental images.

Just let them fade.

And come back to this question.

What do I feel right now in my body?

If you feel warmth.

Just breathe into that.

If you feel nothing.

Stay open.

And curious.

Notice.

Every sensation.

Even the smallest ones.

That's progress.

You might be feeling more awake now.

And let that build naturally.

Think of this as a conversation with your body.

You are offering attention.

And it's responding in its own language.

Keep your breath soft and open.

And let the energy spread through your whole body.

Savour the entire experience.

And let your body show you.

How it wants to be touched.

Moved.

Breathed into.

And when you feel like your experience is complete.

Slow everything down.

Let your hands rest.

Take a deep inhale.

Exhale through your mouth.

And notice how your body feels now.

Compared to before.

Compared to when.

Exhale through your mouth.

And notice how your body feels now.

Compared to when we started.

Heavier.

Lighter.

More open.

And just remember.

You are allowed to feel good.

You don't need to hide.

From your own body.

And you can meet yourself.

With kindness.

Again and again.

So let those words land.

Let them echo through your chest.

You just practice something radical.

Choosing presence.

And every time you come back to this.

You're rewiring old stories.

That pleasure needs to be earned.

That certain media makes you unworthy.

And that you can't feel without it.

Because you've proven right now that you can.

So thank your body.

For remembering.

Rest for a minute or two.

And let this stillness feel.

Like a reward.

And when you're ready.

Open your eyes.

Welcome back.
