Hello and welcome to this guided sound journey.

I invite you to get very comfortable wherever you are.

Maybe that means in a meditation seat.

Maybe that means lying down on a yoga mat or on your bed.

Just choosing a position that allows you to feel at ease,

That allows you to feel safe and supported.

Seeing if you can minimize all distractions around you.

Placing your phone in airplane mode.

Just creating an environment,

A space that allows you to fully surrender and receive whatever it is that you need to receive in this moment.

Taking a big breath in and a big exhale out.

Doing that one more time.

Big inhale through the nose.

Big breath out the mouth.

Taking a moment to set an intention for yourself.

What brings you to this practice today?

Taking a moment to just tune in to how the body feels.

Noticing areas of tension.

Noticing areas that feel nice.

Maybe wiggling the fingers and the toes.

Relaxing the arms by your side.

Maybe placing one hand over the heart,

One hand over the belly.

Just trusting that you know what's best for you in this moment.

And if anything feels sticky,

If anything feels heavy,

Just remembering that you always have your breath to come back to.

If the thoughts start to wander,

Just allowing yourself to bring them back to this moment.

To bring yourself back here to center,

To the present,

And knowing that that's part of the human experience.

Everything is a practice,

And the more that we practice,

The easier these things become.

Taking another big breath in through the nose.

Final sigh out.

Fully arriving here in this moment.

Inhaling through the nose.

Gently starting to wiggle the fingers and the toes.

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the physical body.

Coming back to your surroundings,

Slowly taking your time.

Maybe bringing the arms up overhead,

Giving yourself a nice long stretch.

Just moving intuitively in a way that feels good for you in this moment.

Taking a moment of gratitude for yourself,

For showing up today,

For carving out this time for a little bit of peace,

Rest,

And connection with your internal self.

Have a beautiful day or night,

Wherever you may be.

Till next time.
