Hello.

This is a short meditation to use before heading into situations where you want to maintain your confidence in the midst of challenging people or situations.

Use this either as a quick confidence boost or over multiple days before the situation so you feel more prepared heading into it.

Let's start in a comfortable position with your eyes closed or a soft gaze and if it feels right place a hand over your heart.

Let's take three cleansing breaths in through the back of your heart and out through the front of your heart.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in,

Hold it,

And breathe out.

Breathe in,

Hold it,

And breathe out.

Let's breathe normally for a few seconds.

If you are not outside,

Picture that you are standing outside on the ground and you have roots coming from you that are going deep into the ground like a tree's roots.

And the roots keep going down,

Down even further,

Deep,

Deep into the earth's crust.

And the roots are holding you steady.

No matter what wind,

Storm,

Or challenge comes,

You remain in place.

Note what that steadiness feels like in your body.

Now picture a ball of light inside of you.

It's bright and warm.

It's divine power or energy.

Picture the light from it expanding out from the center of your chest to all parts of your body.

It's moving to your shoulders,

Your hands,

Your abdomen,

Your thighs,

Calves,

Feet,

To your throat and your head.

Picture it growing even brighter,

Now even stronger.

Again,

Just notice how it feels.

Now let's call the golden sun to us.

With your hands or with your mind's eye,

Picture a golden sun above the crown of your head.

It is bright,

Bursting with energy.

Call everything that you feel you need for this situation that you may have lost into that sun.

Now take the golden sun and put it in through the top of your head,

Down through your neck,

Chest,

Again in your arms,

Abdomen,

Legs.

So now you have the light that was inside of you and the energy that you have called back to you in your golden sun.

Now we're going to say an affirmation to remind us of that strength and that power and how it felt inside our bodies.

We'll inhale,

I am rooted,

And then exhale,

I am grounded.

Breathe in,

I am rooted.

Exhale,

Breathe in,

I am rooted.

Exhale,

I am grounded.

Breathe in,

I am rooted.

Exhale,

I am grounded.

One more time.

Breathe in,

I am rooted.

Exhale,

I am grounded.

Use the affirmation before or in the midst of your situation.

For the last minute or so,

We're going to breathe normally,

Thinking about our confidence and our affirmation,

Our intention,

And we're going to picture the situation going well and handling it without it affecting our energy.

Our posture high and maintaining that steady feeling we had in our body at the beginning of this meditation.

Just a couple more seconds here.

And when you're ready,

Slowly bat your eyes open.

I wish you blessings.

Thank you so much for joining me.
