I arrive in restlessness,
Thoughts flitting like wings,
Fast and unsteady.
My breath shortens,
My body tightens,
But even now I choose to remember there is stillness beneath the storm.
I call upon Reiki energy to meet me where I am,
Not as I wish to be,
But as I am.
I invite Mother Earth to wrap me in her patience.
I lay my worry at the roots of an old tree,
Knowing it will be received with love,
Not judgment.
The moss cradles me.
The soil accepts me.
The forest breathes beside me.
Slow.
Deliberate.
True.
I turn toward the high,
Where chaos dissolves into rhythm.
Bees don't rush.
They don't grasp.
They move with purpose,
With presence,
With trust in unseen order.
I listen for the hum,
A balm for my nervous edges.
It tells me I am not lost.
I am not broken.
I am simply between breaths.
Let Reiki flow through me like slow-moving nectar,
Not demanding change,
But inviting soft surrender.
Let beeswax hold my spirit like a flame in cupped hands,
Flickering but steady,
Fragile but real.
Let the trees whisper the truth I've forgotten,
That I am part of this world,
Not apart from it.
That fear is a shadow,
And shadows shift.
I ask the bees to carry my prayer for trust over tension,
Faith over fear,
Peace over panic.
I place my palms to the earth and say,
I trust this path,
Even when it is foggy.
I trust my breath,
Even when it is shallow.
I trust spirit even when I feel alone.
Let this session be a return to calm,
To trust,
To the humming heart of Earth and Hive.
I am held.
I am steady.
I am safe.
I am connected.
