Finding yourself in a comfortable position.

Doing what you need to do to make yourself as supported and as comfortable as you possibly can.

I'll invite you to close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.

Relaxing the muscles around your eyes.

Relaxing the muscles in your face and in your neck and down your back.

We'll begin by taking a nice deep breath in and letting it go.

Doing that a few more times and then falling in to your own natural rhythm of breathing.

As we practice today,

Remember to be softly aware of your thoughts and your feelings but practice non-judgment.

Allowing whatever comes in to your mind to come in and then gently leave.

Noticing your thoughts and your feelings.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Continue to put your focus on your breath and just simply notice it flowing in and flowing out.

Gently allowing your body to breathe naturally.

You may silently say breathe in and breathe out.

Silently and gently ask yourself,

What is preventing me from living my life to my fullest potential?

What is stopping me from moving forward?

Simply notice your thoughts and feelings that come to mind.

Taking a nice deep breath in and letting it go.

Doing that one more time before falling into your natural rhythm of breathing in and breathing out.

Gently and silently ask yourself,

Do I like my view of reality today?

Noticing your thoughts and feelings and letting them go.

Not judging.

Practicing self-compassion and awareness.

Allow your thoughts to come and go.

Do I like my view of reality today?

Take a nice deep breath in and let it go.

Take another deep breath in and let it go.

Then return to your natural rhythm of breathing in and breathing out.

Noticing your body knows exactly what to do.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Silently say to yourself,

I am open to seeing this differently.

Noticing your feelings and thoughts around.

I am open to seeing this differently.

Taking another deep breath in and letting it go.

Doing that one more time before falling into your natural rhythm.

Bringing your awareness to the muscles around your eyes as we begin to end your meditation.

Softening the muscles in your cheek.

Allowing them to lift the corners of your mouth into a slight smile.

Rub your palms together,

Creating warmth.

Place them over your face and eyes or over your heart.

Feeling the warmth from your hands,

Guiding your heart and your mind.

When you're ready,

Place your hands down and gently return your attention to the room you're in.
