This guided meditation explores breath, sound, and inner imagery through gentle awareness rather than effort. You are invited to rest attention in the heart space while working with the symbolic qualities of breath and subtle sensation. The practice moves slowly between stillness and sensation, using imagery, warmth, and rhythm to guide awareness through inhalation and exhalation. Soft binaural tones support relaxation and inward focus throughout the meditation. This practice is well-suited for moments of quiet reflection, grounding, or when you want to settle into a calm, receptive state.

Close your eyes and allow your breath to settle.

Inhaling slowly and exhaling fully.

Let the rhythm of breath reflect the rhythm of unfolding creation.

Today's practice invites you into that quiet space between language and vibration.

No need to chant.

No need to pronounce.

It's not about religion or ritual.

It's about listening,

Feeling,

Receiving.

Let the sound and the shape of the sacred alphabet move through you.

Not in the mouth,

But in your heart.

So now bringing your attention towards the center of your chest.

And with each inhale,

Imagine a soft glowing form.

Pale gold or pure white.

Breathing into your heart space.

Allowing the form to grow brighter,

Warmer,

And stronger.

Now begin to visualize the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet,

Aleph.

You don't need to know what the shape looks like.

Just allow a silent image to arise in the space of the heart.

The first thing that comes to mind.

Aleph represents unity.

Silence.

The breath before sound.

Inhale gently.

And exhale with awareness.

Visualizing the sound of Aleph.

And letting it dissolve in and out of the light.

Growing like the glow in your heart space.

Now let a second letter form,

Shin.

Feel its fire,

Its motion,

Its vibration.

It is the flicker of divine presence.

The spark in the darkness.

So really breathe into Shin.

Feel the warmth in the chest.

Or the rising energy in the spine.

Let Shin flicker.

And fade.

And flicker.

And paying attention to how that feels in your body.

And finally.

Inviting Mem into your awareness.

Mem is water.

Depth.

The unconscious.

The womb of the soul.

The womb of sound.

Let your breath become fluid.

Inhale into the belly.

And exhale like a wave pulling away from the shore.

Again,

Inhaling into the belly.

And exhaling like a wave pulling away from the shore.

You have just called in three sacred codes.

Not through speech.

But through breath and image.

Aleph.

Shin.

And Mem.

Together they spell Shuma.

To hear.

To listen.

To receive.

Rest now in the stillness behind sound.

In the space before the next breath.

Let yourself remember.

There is no need to say anything.

The letters have already been spoken within you.

Now taking a few rounds of breathing.

Settling into this space.

And as we close.

Bring one hand to your heart.

Take a slow deep breath.

And silently repeat.

I am aligned with the sacred architecture of sound.

And when you feel ready.

Gently open your eyes.

Let the silence carry you forward.
